I had the most romantic and unforgettable stay of my life at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. The hotel is a historic landmark on the shores of Lake Geneva, with stunning views of the city and the mountains. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and shopping areas. I stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a separate living room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, the view is overlooking the lake. The room also had a lot of amenities Nespresso machine. The service was impeccable, from the check-in to the check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my every need. They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff was friendly, they went above and beyond to make us feel special on our honeymoon, and everything went very smoothly! I would definitely stay here if I was ever back and will highly recommend! I really appreciate the extra effort they went to decorate our room for our honeymoon, I was completely shocked how detail orientated they are! We came in earlier than check in and our room was not ready, but they made sure we were comfortable. They had a table waiting for us during arrival and then they helped us make spa treatments, where they hand delivered our suitcases to the locker rooms. It was a great experience and relaxing! thank you!

The team is not well organized or cooperative, we deal with one we pay to one team member, the other member insist on charging us again, and the never listen to our complaints or try even to open their email to check the guest's request. The front office team are not responsible.
