Our room was just under the kitchen extraction device it was like if a truck engine was running in the room we could not sleep because the noise did not stop despite our request The bath room was smelly The price for the night was about 200 a shame

We wanted a hotel in Old Town so we booked The Calvy. It looks much better in photos than it actually is. It's older and kind of worn. But the staff was amazing! Let us store our luggage when we arrived then let us check in at noon. The room was large with 5 twin beds which fit our needs. I'd book it again but not in the summer. No AC. We did have two portable fans but the night we stayed it was very warm ... well hot. I can't say enough about the amazing, friendly, helpful staff. When they learned we needed a taxi at 7:00 am they prepared breakfast 30 minutes early so we could eat. Great breakfast. So yes, I'd stay at The Calvy again but not during the summer.

The staff are excellent but this hotel is a bit tired. Our room had no functioning air conditioning and was too hot for comfort, even when it wasn’t that hot outside.

My primary concern is the cigarette smoke odor in the hotel, and the breakfast provided was inadequate, consisting of only bread, a banana, and coffee. the price-to-quality ratio of the hotel is poor.

Nice property great location. The hotel is more outdated than in the pictures but is functional and close to main attractions

Well located, helpful staff, but hotel is looking a bit tired.

The staff at Hotel Calvy are super.
