They didn’t have our reservation through you. They wanted me to call *******. I’d rather watch paint dry. I just paid them upfront and I saved $20. I have been with ******* for over twenty years and this is the only bad experience I’ve had, but it was SO bad that I might not use ******* again. What if they were booked? I would have not have a hotel room at all. No words. And the property is not good. The rooms smell horribly and it is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in since 2006. Sorry .

The hotel really needs to replace the ice machine on the first floor. It is SO LOUD and looks terrible!! Also, the hallway lighting needs to be redone. A dark, dimly lit hallway is bad for any hotel.

My gf and I like to come here for weekend getaways and the staff is always nice and they let us check in early sometimes

I really liked the woman who checked me in she was very helpful and kind but the rooms needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and updated

It was quiet but it seemed old and smelled weird. The bathroom couldve been cleaner.

It was acceptable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to Lake Geneva, WI.

I like how comfortable the room was and how kind the employees were. I dont like how there was pepto bismol behind one of the night stand when i was there. Aother than that, it was a very comfortable

I had a moldy coffee pot , microwave was dirty, the whole place seemed neglected. I have stayed here before, but won't be staying again…..
