布里斯託爾酒店(Bristol Hotel)

Good location！Next to the main street and the plaza. Easy to access any where. The customers may ask the staying hotel. Bristol is well noted on its history.

Hotel (la H forse sta per Horror) terrificante, Le foto ingannano ma ... moquette di dubbia pulizia ovunque, arredamento fatiscente anni 70 che ti rimane in mano, wifi assente, bagno orripilante con moquette anche li, prese corrente inesistenti, solo una nel bagno per i rasoi che si disattiva appena spegnete la luce quindi per ricaricare uno smartphone sono problemi, colazione scandalosa come scelta e qualità, prezzo da 4 stelle, morale ... evitate finché siete in tempo !

The hotel and rooms are a little outdated as previously stated in reviews but we can’t complain about that as it was expected. Although the hotel was spotless and the location is great. The pool area was small but perfect for our little one and it was clean and tidy. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment but had breakfast at near restaurants which was lovely. The staff at the hotel made it amazing, they were all extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. There was a man on reception the morning of our depart who helped us get a taxi and was fantastic when we struggled as they were busy. All staff were amazing though! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and being so friendly and playful with my little girl who loved coming and talking to you all.

No air con. We went in June and the rooms are a furnace with just a useless fan. Never ever again. The whole hotel looks in desperate need of a refurb it is old and tired. The pool is the best part but they moan t you if you take your beer too close to the water!!

Terrible Hotel! Pool and outside area dirty, full of sand and bugs, needs a revamp. Dirty and full of cigarette ends. Hotel room, dull old and out of date, very dark with a very noisy aircon unit strapped to an end wall! Bathroom stank of pee and made me fill sick! Dirty and in a very poor condition. Good knows what the floor was made of, but was dirty and uneven. Worst to come, sat on the sofa, after 10min could feel something eating my left leg!! Yep it was full of flees!!!! (see pictures) What can you say. £136 for all this, for one night with no breakfast! I have stayed in places for £25 and have been 100% better, have emailed the hotel with no replay. Don't risk this place, avoid.

Completely run-down and past its prime. Awful old furniture and musty smell in the tiny room. There was a hole in the bathroom door which looked like somebody had struck their fist through it (see picture). The corridors were a terrible labyrinth. The sheets were very thin and uncomfortable. Only cold water from the shower. The staff were nice and location is good close to everything, but that’s just not enough to save this experience. 150 pounds per night for this dump is terribly overpriced. I don't see how on earth they can rate themselves 3 stars. It’s not worth it to save a few pennies and stay here, so we recommend choosing any other hotel when you visit Gibraltar.

I have used this hotel many times over the last 4 years, and during Covid-19, it has deteriorated rapidly and the prices have increased dramatically too. My honest advice avoid it if you are able. Many hotels are cheaper and offer much better rooms and conditions.

Arrivati il 12 mattina, entrati in camera nel primo pomeriggio, fuggiti dopo mezz'ora...moquette in pessime condizioni, con macchie e odore impregnato di polvere, moquette in bagno, arredi vecchissimi, tende macchiate, "climatizzatore"(pinguino) con filtri incommentabili, frigo maleodorante, trovato un insetto sul letto del bimbo, bagno con "finestra"su condotto di aerazione, struttura nel complesso presa male...ma è catalogata 3 stelle e si fanno pagare! Non ci hanno nemmeno chiesto perché stavamo facendo il check out dopo neanche mezz'ora...sconsigliatissimo!!
