Kamer was super mooi, wordt iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt. Ook personeel is heel vriendelijk en probeert met alles mee te denken.

Great value for the money, no complaints would stay again

I have never experienced such a wonderful resort. Take a horse-drawn carriage from the port and check in. I was guided to my room by the cheerful staff members Gani and Sani. Villa with private pool. Great cleaning every day. The restaurant in front of the beach has a great view. You can see turtles and tropical fish while snorkeling. Delicious breakfast daily in the hotel cafe. The staff greets you in a friendly manner every day. Local and Western food sets come with fresh juice and coffee. 80,000rp. They cook really seriously. The massage attached to the villa is also great. We rented bicycles and enjoyed the island. We also took a local boat to Gili Meno and enjoyed snorkeling. A truly special 6 days. Thank you LaBella. I will go again next year.

Hotel con villas, en la una de las mejores zonas de baño de la isla, en la playa de las tortugas y cerca de muchos restaurantes, aunque no de la zona de ambiente, por lo que tranquilo!! Estuvimos en las villas con piscina privada, muy recomendable, tranquilidad e intimidad. Recepción en un anexo, rápida y cordial. Habitación-villa muy bien, cama cómoda y muy amplia, muchos enchufes y luz, baño muy grande con wc y ducha separados del resto, salón exterior muy agradable con mesa, agua gratis, piscina muy bien mantenida, la calle que lleva a las villas, muy precaria, necesita una reforma, aunque creo que esto pertenece a la comunidad de la isla! Desayuno muy correcto y bueno, personal muy afectivo! Hamacas enfrente de la playa con sombrillas. Recomendamos cambiar las sombrillas, tanto de la playa como de las mesas de la playa, son muy bonitas, pero nada efectivas, casi NO dan sombra, para nosotros un GRAN problema!!!! El restaurant no tiene cervezas pero los amables camareros siempre te las pueden traer muy fresquita

Ich habe das Spa genutzt und der Service und die Behandlungen waren ausgezeichnet.ich kann die Massage bei Melati 100 Prozent empfehlen - die beste, die ich je hatte. Melati und Umar sind außerordentlich gut geschult und sehr freundlich. Ich habe außerdem eine Haarbehandlung und eine Pediküre genutzt und war auch hiermit sehr zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und alles gut organisiert. Man erhält zur Begrüßung kühle Gesichtstücher und Lemonsaft, nach der Behandlung eine Tasse Ingwertee.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but used the spa facilities, and we were so happy with it! The staff was very friendly and trained; you could see that they followed a well-thought-out process. The experience was great, and although everything was simple, they delivered it all: a welcome drink, a foot bath, and an amazing massage. All for a very reasonable price. We tried other places on the island but at the end decided to come back to La Bella because this is where you get the best massage in Gili T.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I used the spa. This is where we received the best massage on Gili. It was the first place we went and then we went to others, but we decided to return because the service, procedures and care were different. In addition to the price being great, the service and the massage are also great. For us the best place to have a massage in Gili.

Thai massage with Tarik was really nice. The spa is clean and the smell inside was so good. Sunny is always smiling & welcoming people with love. They give you also ginger tea at the end of the treatment. I will come back for sure! Plus the location is in front of the sea

Room is excellent, big, spacious and deep plunge pool. Location is perfect. Reception are very helpful with snorkeling trips, bike hire and transfers. The health spa was amazing, reasonably priced, walked in feeling like a donkey and I left feeling like a butterfly. Thank you Malati!
