Checking in was very welcoming, but we were not informed of any food options but given written details on the facilities of the hotel and we had an introduction to the room, which was very pleasant, once in the room i noticed things looked a tired i.e the chair on the balcony had a large rip on the seat, the balcony tiles were cracked, the tiles in the shower a few were chipped not great for the money we paid, the pool area and pool were great for the little one and food and drinks service was very good, we had breakfast and dinner inroom service, which was very good.
On checking in we paid for our 3 days stay, on checkout we were only to pay for extras ordered , which we paid for and they also charged us again for the 3 days stay, it took 3 phone calls and several emails with bank statements and the refund was issued after 5 days! Not good customer service, no offer of compensation for the inconvenience!
