波特塞德酒店(Portside Hotel Gisborne)

急に仕事がオフになって何をするか迷って受付で相談。 近くの観光スポットを詳しく教えてくれて助かった。

A very comfortable hotel with great staff. The room had cooking facilities which was excellent as there is no restaurant. Good laundry (free) facilities too which we used. Didn’t get to the cardio room though. Easy walking distance to the town centre and a selection of eateries. Car park is small and returning later in the evening was challenging Breakfast is poor and better to go out or do your own

The shower needs to be replaced immediately it’s very old school. A big step to get in with no safety rail for support and the lever to change the water was stuck. The TV was tiny and looked silly on a huge wall. The decor was dated - I expected better for the price I paid.

We stayed 2 nights was okay but the breakfast wasn't really available reception had run out of certain things to be fair they had awful flooding and was up against it.. it didn't matter we shopped . Suite was nice but living room sofa was old and very tired !! And a dreadful draft coming from sliding patio doors in livingroom bedroom was good overall it was a good stay

My kids and I loved staying at Portside Hotel. There is currently construction going on next door but we didn't hear too much loud noise. We had a two bedroom suite. One with queen bed and another with two king singles. The second beroom wasnt designed to fit two single beds but my teenage kids made the small amount of space in the bedroom work. The bathroom is showing signs of aging. There was a squeaky loose tile. The fan in the bathroom had a lot of dust on it. Could be from the washer and dryer in the bathroom. The fan probably needs to be cleaned more frequently. Enjoyed having washer dryer in room as we stayed 3 nights and multiple trips to the Gisborne pool. Lovely cleaning crew and reception staff. Would definitely book again.

Very thoughtful touches, well presented and organised hotel for an enjoyable stay. Close to beaches, walkways, cafes/restaurants, and has a great pool. We also meet the local owners who were very nice. A great place to stay!

The property was very convenient to the city and the warehouse, noel leemimgs and stationary warehouse was behind the property so very easy to walk to if you like these stores. There was also a walkway along the river, so great for those early morning walks and to Waikanae beach. The only thing that was disappointing was that i had booked 2 rooms and was not able to get adjoining rooms, which may have been inconvenient to neighbors as we had to consistently knock on the others door, day, morning at night when we wanted to visit of drop by with food. Also would of been nice to have a cafe/ restaurant onsite. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

I had a lovely stay here. Clean and light with all the basic amenities you could need for a few nights on business. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly. Even the guests I met were great to chat to, and the location is really convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The facility had lovely soap/shampoo/ conditioner in each room, wonderful linen and fresh good quality towels. The room had everything you could need for cooking, ironing or blow drying your hair. The front desk staff were very helpful & professional. Checking in & out was seamless, as long as you were not a late arrival - well done Gizzy team.
