十字路口酒店(Crossways)

The place was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a couple of things that could have been done better: 1) My husband and I used this as a little babymoon before our little one gets here in 6 weeks. We did it so that we could have a couple of lie-ins however we were placed in a room right next to the cleaners closet who banged around and shrieked with colleagues super early and woke us up both mornings shouting down the corridor and making loads of noise so we didn't get our lie-ins that we were looking forward to. 2) A silly one I know but being pregnant this made a huge difference to me, the towels were TINY. I looked ridiculous and froze to death in what was essentially a hand towel (and I'm not a big girl) but really, who likes a small towel?! If they had invested in some nice bath sheets it would have just made my stay a little nicer. 3) The breakfast wasn't great, eggshell in the scrambled and dry old bread/toast. Overall it was a nic stay but would probably look somewhere else for that money next time

I booked this hotel for my parents. In my dad’s words it’s the best hotel they have stayed in. The staff all very friendly and helpful no complains from the parents. Said the hotel didn’t look much from the outside but the inside was lovely. They liked it so much they have said about going back and having me join them next time.

This was my second stay at The Crossways and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are excellent and the food and staff are great.

We loved the hotel, lovely friendly staff and a lovely environment to stay in. The rooms were big and spacious. The food was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again.

The Crossways, was ideally located for the places we wanted to visit in the area. A bonus was the lovely view of the countryside and Glastonbury Tor.The room was very spacious and comfortable.What really made our stay perfect was the helpful and friendly staff. Everyone we met were brilliant with a special mention to Prashant the restaurant manager, Lilia and Hani. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and will return soon.

Loved staying at The Crossways. Beautiful room with a huge comfortable bed and the food was great. Emailed ahead to say it was a special occasion and received a complimentary upgrade. Really great visit, will definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

This stay was fabulous. The facility was clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The dining on sight was very good and always an option for a meal when we at the hotel. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were extremely polite and attentive to any issues that we may be having.

I just like that hotel it's very nice and affordable. Very smart I don't mind to refer my family and friends. The customer teem are respectfully and brilliant. Keep up the good standard work. Hopefully to call again soon. I really appreciate everything.
