格倫科民宿酒店(Glencoe House)

Quelle magnifique surprise ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très joli manoir reconverti en hôtel. Authentique et plein de charme. Idéalement situé pour apprécier cette belle région. Nous avons adoré que le dîner et le petit déjeuner soient servis en chambre. Mention spéciale au chef Sébastien pour sa cuisine savoureuse et sa gentillesse. Un grand merci pour l’accueil et les petites attentions pour les enfants.

We stayed in one of the suites for our wedding anniversary, thinking that the whole experience would be special. How wrong were we! This was the worst but the most expensive hotel we stayed in out of our whole trip around The Scottish Highlands. Empty bottles of wine were in the maxi bar fridge, This should have been checked prior to our arrival! The beds were 2 cheap divan beds shoved together with the ugly base showing, The carpets looked threadbare, but had just been replaced apparantly?? A fire exit door in the corridor of the suite! Which seemed accesable from the other side into the suite. I would also expect individual toiletries when you are paying £750 a night not ones filled up after previous guests. The room was painted in a really strange medical blue colour, There are no grounds to wander around.There is a lawn area, however you would encroach the hot tub suites privacy if you walked down it, theres just a rickety old bench to sit on. This place freaked me out that much that I had to sleep with a lamp on all night. The place had a shutter island feeling to it. We had the in suite dining experience, and the food was O k! All in all we couldn't wait to get away from this very odd place. It certainly ruined our special Anniversary.

The highlight of our family trip to Scotland—we only wish we could have stayed for more than two nights. The house and setting were beautiful, and the views from our room were even more striking than anticipated. We had dinner served in our suite both nights, including one night when we dined with extended family staying in another suite—an experience that was simultaneously elegant and intimate.

An amazing place to make your homebase in Glencoe. Beautiful hiking trails right out the front door, impeccable service, five star meals served right to your room. We only stayed two nights and wished we had stayed longer. We had a two bedroom suite a great dining and sitting room Suite No. 7.

As a hotel - you would need to go very far to beat this! The rooms are apartments - the service is great! Very few rooms - but a great place to relax and enjoy this part of Scotland! Food is served in the rooms - chef visits to discuss what you want and how you want it! Everything is well provided! Most enjoyable!

Glencoe House Hotel and staff are first class. This year was my 5th almost consec visit for that very reason . Unfortunately , I cant say the same about the Perle Group Operations Director, Angela Finlay. I had cause to raise an issue prior to my annual upcoming stay this March . I was told Ms Finlay would be in contact with me as , “ the Perle Group take guest complaints very seriously.” Given timescales , I expected to hear from her after my stay . However, 6 weeks post stay , and despite a further email asking for a response, no one has bothered to get in touch . Folks, you will have a fabulous stay at GHH. However, thanks to Ms Finlay, it’s Inverlochy Castle Hotel for me next Spring!

Het huis en de lodges zijn prachtig. De verhalen die erbij horen ook. De ligging is in het bos met mooie wandelroutes. Een plek om tot rust te komen. Het is schoon en comfortabel. Het ontbreekt je aan niets.

Magnifique établissement de standing ! Accueil extraordinaire, le personnel est très serviable et disponible. Expérience inoubliable du repas en chambre pour son ambiance et la qualité des plats. A recommander si vous passez dans la région !
