丹佛/切裏克里克希爾頓花園旅館(Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek)

El lugar estuvo muy bien porque voy cerca de ahí a ver a mi médico entonces, excelente. El lugar está muy bien, amplia la habitación y tienen restaurancitos abajo que nos ayudan bastante a pasarla mejor. El desayuno es bastante bueno.

Muy decepcionante la relación calidad precio, muy caro y con muchos defectos, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto porque el aire acondicionado sonaba como refrigerador viejo, a la hora de bañarte no había shampoo en el bote, la cafetera no servía. Me quede decepcionada de este hotel

I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for a meeting. I realize that the Garden Inn is Hilton’s more-affordable branch of hotels but the quality was just not what I expect for a Hilton. Sheets were cheap/scratchy, the furniture and bathroom vanity were worn/dirty, stain on the carpet, and caulk around tub was needing to be replaced. I also was not impressed with the front desk personnel (not very professional or helpful) and the parking situation at this location was horrible. The front desk said to park anywhere and ignore any signs (2 hour parking, etc) but I didn’t feel comfortable with that. Won’t stay again.

We could not be more thankful for this hotel. We got stuck in Denver for snow and were in a hurry to find a family-friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean, we felt safe, and the surrounding area is very easy to navigate for non-locals with a lot of stores and restaurants close by without the stress of being directly in downtown Denver.

The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, but didn't get our Hilton Honors cookies. Parking was close and easy. Restaurants within a 1 minute walk from hotel.

We stayed on NYE after going to an Avalanche game. The price was SO reasonable, especially compared to downtown. The room was comfortable, loved the little mini store next to the check in desk and the bar and bartender were fabulous. We'd for sure stay here again!

Breakfast could be better. The juice is watered down. One morning, my yogurt tasted bad, and it, as well as all the other yogurts, had expired. The bananas at breakfast were usually verging on black. There was no decaf coffee readily available. Very mediocre breakfast and could easily be a better one.

Key system needs refurbishing. Every time we used the key, we had to go back down to the lobby and get a new key. Key appears to work once and,have to be remagnitized.
