Our room was lovely. Clean and ready for early check in. But there was a half started toilet paper roll and no extra. Same with the tissues. It was at the end of the box so we had to call the front desk for toilet paper on our first day. The food was terribly over priced. And no one told me about the kids menu until our last day. So my 2 year olds meals were $20-30 when they could have been less than $10. The Provisions counter was ALWAYS left unattended! We had to wait upwards of 10 minutes for service. The biggest downfall of this place is the service!! Horrible service. Clearly the employees don’t care that guest pay $200+ per night and they all noticeably hate their jobs. The service level is bare minimum! From the front desk to the Provisions market to the wait staff at The Attic restaurant. EVERY employee just seemed irritated that they were at work. And they took out their frustration and lack of interest on the paying customers. Cold food, wrong orders, rude staff, lack of customer service are all reasons I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Secretly overpriced and you are treated as a burden, not a guest!!
