阿爾拉莫酒店(Hotel Arlamow)

To nasz drugi pobyt w hotelu Arłamów, który urzekł Nas swoim pięknym położeniem, otoczeniem natury i wieloma różnorodnymi atrakcjami dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Hotel wybudowany z dużym rozmachem i w trakcie tygodniowego pobytu trudno ze wszystkiego skorzystać. Sporym udogodnieniem dla rodziców z dziećmi jest pięknie urządzona sala zabaw, gdzie pod opieką obsługi można zostawić dzieci powyżej 3 roku życia. Kolejnym plusem jest imponująca strefa spa, gdzie zabiegi, choć nietanie są na wysokim poziomie. Pokoje czyste, przestronne, ładnie wykończone z majestatycznym widokiem na Bieszczady. Obsługa hotelu zdaje się być niedoświadczona i nieporadna- przy kilkustolikowym obłożeniu kawiarni otrzymanie zamówienia lub dokonanie płatności trwa wieczność. Największym minusem hotelu są obiadokolacje, jedzenie jest słabej jakości, w większości niesmaczne, a Live Cooking opiera się na odgrzewaniu gotowych, mrożonych produktów (na azjatyckiej kolacji, kucharz wypakowuje zamrożone gotowce na oczach oczekujących w kolejce gości). Ciężko o gorszej jakości wino musujące niż to serwowane do śniadania. Wejście do club lodge przynależy do apartamentów, oferuje nieograniczony dostęp do napojów bezalkoholowych, lodów i przekąsek oraz win po 17:00 , bardzo miła obsługa w club lodge. I minus za wystawienie dmuchańców dla dzieci w trakcie długiego sierpniowego weekendu, dodatkowo płatnych , na żetony kupowane w oddalonym kawałek namiocie, myślę, że w związku z ceną całego pobytu bieganie i kupowanie żetonów możnaby już sobie darować.

Bardzo dobry hotel z pysznym jedzeniem i mila obsluga. Animatorzy przyjacielscy i swietnie pracuja z dziecmi. Okolica piekna i duzo miejsc na trekking i rowerowe wycieczki. Pokoje w bardzo dobrym standardzie. Polecam!

My vacation was great untill I was informed that hotel is flushing all the dirt in to the river on the park . Please re-think your behaviour this is not acceptable in the XXI century. Typical greenwashing scandal that should be punished

As in the title, I was expecting something more from such an expensive and exclusive hotel. For that price I'd have an all inclusive hotel abroad in Egypt or Turkey. The apartament VIP that I bought for a couple of days, wasnt really prepared, I had to take care of cleaning the minibar, cleaning the room and calling other services like food etc. The swimming pools are fine, but why its available only till 10PM? At 10 PM in summer its still bright outside, why it should be closed? Windy. Almost got ill because of the strong wind. But anyways I liked the patio, the space, the food. I would rate it 3.5/5. You can visit it once, to check and see. But its not that great for frequent visitations.

My family and I have just spent a fantastic time at Hotel Arlamow. From the moment you walk into the spectacular building, the warm welcome we received from Reception soon thawed out our chilled fingers and toes. Nothing was too much trouble. The food at dinner and breakfast faultless. The room with a view immaculate. Thank you to all the friendly staff who made this a break one that we will remember and hopefully soon to repeat.

Hotel situated in a beautiful mountain area. The hotel service is at the highest level. Throughout my stay with my fiancée, we didn't have any problems. The rooms are clean and there is a swimming pool and spa for guests. The hotel restaurant is a different dimension, the dishes are wonderful and the breakfasts are delicious. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.

We drove more than 3 hours from Lublin just foe this hotel, we planed to stay one night amd then if we like it to stay another 3 nights, lucky we only did one. We got a mesaage that there was a present waiting for us and we were so excited. The present was probably waiting 20 minutes at reception to speak to someone. Other than spa facilities and the room everything was at most 3 stars. At no point did we felt welcome or someone to help us. We went for the a la carte restaurant in the hotel...and there was no steak in the whole menu!!! I think only 30% of the staff speaks English and the hotel caters mostly for companies and their employees, convetions. Oh, check in is at 4 PM, first time I ve seen this and I have been around. Make your own plans and decisions but this one is a definite "never ever" for us. Very bad management and dumb decisions it s the only explanation for ruining this hotel.

+ Rooms are fine, even though not newly renovated Territory is amazing (you can even see lots of deers who are being fed nearby:) SPA/Pools have a lot to offer - Bread served with meals seems to be dated to at least half a year ago, just kept in a freezer Food is slightly warm(closer to cold), even if the dish was just added to the table Water pressure in the shower is as strong as if someone was pouring water on you from a cup Hard to catch the right millimeter while setting the shower to not boil/freeze yourself -/+From hygiene items there is only soap and shower gel+shampoo 2in1(smells like an average men shower gels) Hair dryer suspiciously stinks like burnt, but that’s a regular thing with hotels

Our 2nd visit to Arlamow, this time with another couple. Overall, it is a beautiful resort with extensive recreational opportunities. First: The Not So Great Terrible Signage Difficulty finding the main entrance Difficulty finding our rooms...repeatedly (Signage Needed!) Reception and Check-out...very slow. Don't they know about internet check-out? On-site dining room: Good food, Polite Service, but extremely slow. For breakfast, use the buffet. The parking garage is excellent, but in and out signage is outdated. Eventually, you'll be let in, and when necessary, let out. Second: The Very Great The breakfast buffet is simply amazing for choice and variety. For dinner, we recommend the off-site dining room just across the parking area or walking via the underground passageway! Here you will find a beautiful dining room and exceptional food. Call ahead to see if Olga, one of the waitresses is working. Olga is an exceptional, efficient, and sophisticated woman who would do well in management. One of the top 5 servers we have experienced in our rather long lives! She even tended to the fire in the beautiful fireplace, without the necessary tools! Summary: Worth a visit. Huge resort with many amenities, comfortable rooms, Stunningly beautiful property, inside and out. Olga is great!
