J’ai demandé un adapteur téléphone sans réponse Bien situé mais n’en vaut pas la peine du tout! Le valet a laissé sa cigarette lorsqu’il a vu que j’ai pris le chariot à valises pour finalement offrir de l’aide….

Мы с друзьями очень любим путешествовать и в этот раз решили поехать в Сербию. Побывать не только в Белграде но и в регионах Сербии. Выбрали небольшой городок Врнячка Баня и отель Фонтана. Отель расположен очень удачно. В самом центре где можно прогуляться по центральной улице с множеством кафе и магазинов а также прогуляться по большому парку. Но… сам отель «удивил». На ресепшен нехотя размещали неторопливые служащие. Номера хорошие, чистые. Ресторан работает только на завтраках. Есть конечно кафе рядом с ресепшен с небогатым меню. Но… очень странно что в Сербии не принят закон о запрете курения в помещениях. Курят все и много. На банкете по случаю Нового года нас (7 человек)посадили с совершенно незнакомыми людьми. Хотя мы бронировали отдельно и в некурящей зоне. А тут нас так обкурили что пришлось удалиться в номер и встретить Новый год на террасе со свежим воздухом. В кафе и ресторанах тоже курят. Туристы которые планируют поехать в Сербию имеют право это знать. А в целом городок очень красивый и уютный.

Very good and clean hotel, with fantastic offer for breakfast. You have to be very concentrated to not eat to much, because everything look so nice and they offer crazy number of different types of food. But they stay in Serbian and regional cuisine, what is very important because our region from Vardar to Trigalav have amazing food and our quality of food is on much higher level than half of European offer. Nice morning music, helpful and very polite staff. Place where I will come back for sure next time. Also restaurant in hotel lobby is very good with very good foods and only what is missing in offer of local beers. Drink some Hollands and Italian beers in Vrnjačka Banja with fantastic Serbian beers offers….

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The pool and spa area were delightful, and I treated myself to a facial and massage, both of which were exceptional. Nevena, the therapist, was truly amazing.

We had a 3 day visit with out 4-year-old son and it amazing stay. Hotel is located in the centre of Vrnjacka banja right next to the pedestrian area and main street. The hotel staff is great and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and food was really tasty and various. There was a kids playroom where you could leave your child and animators where great with kids, pool area was also very nice with different pools and spa area.

Excellent service and amenities. We stayed with 3 kids and booked one of the apar**ents. The wellness and the swimming pool area were clean and well taken care off. The receptionists were always ready to help and organize any needed transportation. A visit to the nearby zoo was free for the hotel guests. We would certainly come again.

I spent my arrival in Vrnjacka Banka at the Fontana Hotel.Hotel Fontana is one of the most beautiful hotels in Vrnjacka Banja.The hotel staff is very friendly.The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.The wellness center is a real oasis of relaxation and peace.If you want to visit Vrnjacka Banja, I recommend Hotel Fontana.

We booked 4 nights for new year, from 29.12 to 02.01. The stay was disgusting, nothing good to say! If you plan New Year’s Eve here- DON’T! The first problem was that the breakfast and dinner hours were too limited and there wasn't that much choice in food. Second, the band that played on 30,31 and 01 was the most boring. The same repertoire and do not at all predispose the guests to a festive mood and fun. Thirdly, we were seated at our table by complete strangers to us, which is extremely uncomfortable. Next, we wanted to move us to the hall with the performances, for which, by the way, we had paid and they played us all day and in the end they did nothing. Taksi, but not last is that this hall, in which we were accommodated for the holidays, we were mostly Bulgarians, and compared to our time, they are an hour behind and so they welcomed the new year at 11 pm, not at 00, as it is supposed to be?! Nobody expected anything and we couldn't even understand that we were welcoming the new year, and at 00:00 they did nothing! And, lastly in our price we had a "celebration" dinner, which was actually a buffet. The restaurant is also cold! The staff and service are not even worth commenting on. One star is even a lot for what we experienced!!!
