Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very close to the airport and great for an early morning flight. They have a shuttle that runs 24hours. They also have a grab and go breakfast option for the early morning travelers. The only negative thing is that no free water is provided in the rooms and you have to buy water from their kiosk.

The only pro for this stay was the night staff that checked us in. They were excellent and advised us our room number and where to park our vehicle. That is where it ends. We were advised to be downstairs no later than 3:15AM to catch the 3:25AM shuttle to the Airport. We arrive before 3:15AM and waited for the shuttle. Other guests arrived and we waited for the shuttle. The group was told just prior to the shuttle time that it wasn't leaving till 3:55AM cause of safety reasons (NO HEAT IN SHUTTLE). We requested the front desk to call Management as the group has to get to the airport to catch flights. THAT REQUEST WAS REFUSED. We asked if the front desk could contact taxis for us. REFUSED AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT COMPANY WE COULD CALL. The person from the front desk went to talk to driver again and he arrived inside and asked what the problem was. We requested to be taken to airport and he stated the same as front desk person about safety reasons. The driver also pointed out that, the shuttle is only a courtesy and guests shouldn't depend on it. Driver also stated that nothing was marked down for anyone to be picked up and go to airport. We stated that we were advised to be here for this time for the shuttle (OTHER GUESTS CONCURRED) and if the staff of hotel didn't write anything down that wasn't our mistake. After some discussion the driver agreed to take group to Airport. Inside the shuttle it wasn't cold and the driver’s windshield and side windows were very clear

Conveniently located by the airport, but far from the city of Halifax. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. Coffee was weak with coffeemate for creamer, thankfully alternate coffee was available in rooms. Breakfast center staff were very attentive. Pool was unavailable, which was a disappointment for our small kids. Parking lot was being resurfaced, but we were not notified that entrance to parking lot was blocked off over night and there was poor visibility, making for a hazardous situation attempting to enter the parking lot.

This hotel was an absolute godsend! Our flight didn't get in until 1am, but this hotel provides a 24hr shuttle service, so we were very appreciative after 30hrs of traveling to be met by a friendly shuttle driver who helped us with our many bags and suitcases to the hotel. The desk receptionists were so friendly, and made it very easy to check in and out. We were greeted in the morning to a full and delicious free breakfast buffet too! The bacon was exceptional, and there were so many yummy options! After being malnourished and hungry for so long traveling, our tummies and tastebuds were very grateful! I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the pool but we were just passing through so our stay wasn't long enough. I live in Nova Scotia, but will definitely go back to this hotel for a weekend getaway. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was epic! I really appreciated the Dove products for my skin too. I was so dry and dehydrated, and they were moisterizing and gentle on my sensitive skin. This experience was so relaxing and we felt so welcomed. Our room was clean, spacious, and homey. I'm so impressed by this hotel, and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our room was spacious and clean. We have a comfortable bed and pillows. They have a complimentary coffee, tea, juice and shuttle bus and its located near the taxi waiting area. Receptionist was approachable. The hotel has also a parking lot. The sad part the swimming pool was under maintenance.
