Could use a little bit of updating - otherwise a great place to stay. Clean and beautiful views. Friendly staff. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs listening to the surf drinking wine and enjoying the light show. Lots of fun and would definitely stay again!

This was a return trip to Pacific Reef as our first stay 2 years ago was perfect. Sadly the room we were given was wonderful but #1 is at the end of the building. We were not able to hear the music or get the whole effect of the lights and show. Also there is a driveway to the adjoining property that had traffic going up & back with headlights. None of this reflects on the perfect room & ocean view. Someone has to stay in those end rooms.

Comestic damages. Decent room - I had a studio with Murphy bed and kitchen. Adequate for my needs. Basically no comforter, ended up using my sleeping bag. The light show was odd and unnecessary. While they had Wi-Fi, it was so slow that my phone hotspot worked better.

Pro: clean & spacious room, comfortable bed, vinyl flooring (no carpet!), response from front desk clerk for issues
Con: phone in room didn't work, TV needed adjustment to work, breakfast was minimal with no protein or juice (muffin, fruit cup, water)

The view was beautiful but we had a lot ants in the bathroom. It wasn’t a restful night for me but my husband thought the bed was comfy so he slept good. The ladies working in the office were very nice

The pet room we stayed in needed some serious TLC, the shower in particular had mold and missing grout. The staff was very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. The beach itself was very cool.

You were quoted a price and when we got there we were expecting one of their townhouses and they were going to give us an older motel room. We had to pay double and ended up with they're A-Frame house at the end of the property
