曼特拉皇冠塔酒店(Mantra Crown Towers)

We loved our stay! The hotel room was a little run down but the cleanliness was great and it was perfect for our family. The service was amazing and the staff were kind and friendly. The only things I would mention for others. *The Wifi is very weak. *There is no Sky or streaming so bring a device that can connect (via cable, Chromecast does not work due to the sign in on the Wifi) to the TV. * Bring your own soap, theirs is gorgeous but locked in place at the sink and in the shower, so if you want to use their big bath you need your own. These are no way deal breakers! We still give the Mantra Crown a 5 star, as it was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay!!

Perfect location with the bus on one side and tram on the other. Surfers Paradise Cavill ave 8 min walk and coles 5 min walk Smokers - no smoking on balconies and no seated smoking area, there is a set of stairs down to the footpath that makes you feel real classy. Thai restaurant on site - beautiful food! Their website doesn’t show take away but they do takeaway!

Stayed in a two bedroom ocean view room - while the room was a little dated it was HUGE for the price and very clean. Nice view and very easy walk to Cavill without being too close. Kids loved the pool and easy walk to patrolled beach.

Good facilities, but really an apartment with no frills. Can get a proper hotel for same money. Staff were nice. Property was clean although lots of our room was falling apart. Handles and windows and other furnishings were just tired and old. Great for kids and good location.

房間需要更新。我費了好大勁才把臥室的門關上。牆壁剝落。根本不是一個舒適的住宿地點。 接待處只有幾個好人，但我最初的互動感覺就像我在那裡打擾了他們。是的，我們很早就去那裡，知道入住時間是下午 2 點，但只是簡單的問一句，「你能在準備好後給我們打電話嗎？」這個問題就太多了。

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The pools are fantastic the whole area was well kept, plenty of loungers and chairs to sit in by the pool. The rooms need updating but it did not affect our stay at all, they were clean thats the main thing. It was easy to walk into surfers for supplies and great that the tram is right there. The hotel sold daily Tram passes for $10 very easy and convenient. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Enjoyed our stay with 2 kids. Unfortunately to cold to use outdoor pool but looked good. Short walk to the beach. 2 bedroom apartment. Ticked all the boxes for us. Good value

我不喜歡我的住宿，沒有額外的毛巾，無法透過房間內的電話聯繫接待處，不得不離開酒店去吃早餐

家具非常破舊，瓷磚損壞，大多數櫥櫃都鎖上了，馬桶跑了，空調漏水到地板上，地板很髒，到處都是沙子！非常失望。 該物業需要改造。 積極的一面.. 寬敞的公寓，漂亮的陽台和景觀。友好的員工。步行即可到達海灘、商店和電車。樓下很棒的泰國餐廳。兒童游泳池很棒。
