Heerlijke locatie, fantastische kamers met een scheiding tussen slaapgedeelte en zitgedeelte. Voor zitje met uitzicht op de oceaan en achter een overhangend balkon boven de vijver met uitzicht op de olijfgaard. Fantastische gastfamilie ze denken mee en zitten vol tips. Om naar maar te zwijgen over de gastvrijheid en de service. Niets is ze teveel

We had a fabulous 2 nights at the Waters during our trip around New Zealand. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and is in beautiful location, overlooking the sea, Mathias our host was very helpful, and the meal that we had on site was one of the best we had all holiday. We hired the electric bikes for a fun afternoon in the areas and a few vineyard stops. Would definitely recommend.

Location is idyllic and was the perfect place for 4 days rest and recuperation. Matheus was a great host, very friendly and informative, breakfast was excellent and more often than not we had some left for a small meal in the evening. The units are spacious. One very small piece of negative feedback, they could do with some way of washing crockery in the room but otherwise everything was very good.

An oasis of peace and calm with beautifully designed rooms. We were particularly impressed with the host, Matthias – he had this air of total calm about him, a very gentle character who is happy to leave guests in peace while providing a top notch service. The breakfast is very special indeed, delivered to your room on a beautiful tray like a picnic!

Don't book this hotel if there is a risk of not arriving. My husband and I are touring New Zealand and our agents arranged for us to stay here, and had to pay for our DB&B in advance. We were stuck on the north island during Cyclone Gabriel, and could not get to the south island as ferry crossings and flights had been cancelled due to the bad weather. By the time we did get to the south island it was too late. When our agents approached the hotel to request any refund, they refused. It was an event outside our control.

We had an incredible stay at The Waters B&B. Mathias was a great host - he was very accommodating and also served a delicious breakfast. The property is absolutely stunning and the rooms all have amazing views of the Tasman sea! It was a relaxing and luxurious end to our 3 week road trip around the South Island.

I recently stayed at The Waters with my wife and it’s undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. The views are absolutely stunning; the room is well equipped, modern and ultra stylish; the continental breakfast was fresh and delicious; the location simply incredible. Special mention to Rob for going the extra mile to make our stay extra relaxing. I had a ‘big’ birthday whilst we were there and Rob assisted in helping my wife arrange a wine tasting tour on electric bikes, which was outstanding. He also helped by driving us around to several different places whilst we were there as we were without a car. All in all, very highly recommended.

Our family of three adults from the US had an amazing few days at The Waters. Rob and his family are AMAZING hosts. And the communication before, during and after our stay was superb. The facility and grounds were perfect - Spotlessly clean and every detail provided.

The Waters was a delight and the perfect way to start our NZ adventure. It is comfortable, clean, and quiet with beautiful views and convenient access to the beach, Abel Tasman park and local restaurants. Rob and his family were wonderful hosts, attentive and helpful. The in-room breakfast offerings were plentiful, convenient and tasty. Highly recommend!
