帝國山莊酒店(Imperial Heights Resort)

A beautiful nest in middle of mountains very nicely designed. The best part of this resort is the helpfulness of its manager Mr Prashant. I think it is because of him and only him this place gets positive reviews. The rooms opens to the range of mountains and it’s a dream to wake up in midsts of chirping birds and shining valley. If you look at the amenities so you must manage your expectations well in advance. If you want to eat anything let the kitchen know in advance. They cook your meal fresh. However that doesn’t mean you can have all Kind of cuisines. Stay focused on Indian food, you will be fine. The cleanliness is good and people are prompt to respond. The existence of Wi-Fi is a bliss but given its location if this is weak or doesn’t work when there are lots of guests, I don’t fault the resort. The best thing is that this resort of just six minutes away from Kasar Devi trample, thirty minutes from Chetai Golu Maharaj and seventy minutes away from Jageshwar Dham.

I spent two days ***** with my family and overall experience was excellent. The food quality was fresh and tasted delicious and the service staff was so friendly & well mannered. I would specially thanks to Mahendra - F&B staff was excellent. Moreover recommended and just feels like resort in Hills.

We travelled from Ghaziabad to Binsar on the weekend of Thanksgiving and were stuck near Kainchi Dham due to traffic jam, Prashant ji enquired about us and kept guiding us. When we reached the property my father was too exhausted to stand up, Prashant and his staff Mahendra and Rohit helped my father reach the room. We had booked the valley view room and the view from the room was marvellous. The food was also very good, we had ordered both north Indian and Kumaoni food and found it very pleasing to the palette. This property is very close to Maa Kasar Devi temple and the place is very serene and calm. A perfect place to destress and relax. Thanks Prashant ji for the wonderful memories.

The owner/Senior Management and down the line staff were very courteous/helpful and outgoing . Everyone shared a very positive vibe . If you are travelling with Family , it's a Best place to stay in Almora. There Restaurant is under renovation and will be ready soon...On a scale of 1 to 10 , our family rated the resort at 9....All the best to entire team of Imperial heights Bindar , Keep rocking..

We stayed at Imperial Heights and it was a perfect stay in every way. The location is above Almora town closer to Kasar Devi Temple. The property is lovely with awesome views. And the staff & team led by Prashant ensured 5* hospitality, warmth & service. Thank you

A beautiful property in heart of hills, surrounded by nature and serene views all over. You will definitely love the vibe of the property. The food is really awesome. One advice go for the stone rooms, they are the best part of the property.

Bestever experience spend 4 nights with family in this marvelous property.one of the best property with very nice ambience clean and nice big rooms very comfortable kids njyoed so much.multicuisine restaurant serves delicious meal...staff is very nice caring and humble...esp Mr.prashant very helping and caring person.

We visited the same property recently ,considering the earlier reference reviews booked the same property but we feel very satisfied more than expected considering the location , views, sunset from the property , food, service and last but the major one Hospitality from the front desk to the kitchen. A very beautiful Almora city view in the night made us overjoyed. A special kids room added a pleasant surprises to kids.Use of bathroom mirror for both bathing and a room by separating it with a big curtain and glass makes a good archtichturial sense. will always be happy to refer the same property to my friends and more.
