岡薩雷斯麥客達套房酒店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gonzales TX)

El personal fue muy atento y servicial, junto con la comodidad de la cama es lo único rescatable. Desde el lobby sucio y viejo, el elevador sucio, el área de desayuno indescriptible de sucio y desagradable. El pasillo hacia la habitación olía mal, las paredes con muestras de reparación, mal. La habitación tenía desperfecto en paredes, focos sin funcionar y muebles viejos. Si se veía limpio pero definitivamente NO recomendaría esta propiedad a nadie. Pésima experiencia

The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about the employees. The room was another story. The first room had Air Conditioner issues so I moved to a different room. The room was clean enough but was in poor condition. Stains on the walls, rust in the sink and shower. I'm pretty sure the toilet was a childs toilet Repairs that had been made in the room looked like something a 5 year old with a toy tool set had made. The owner obviously takes ZERO pride in the building and business. But again...the Employees were all fantastic..

This property is in a total state of disrepair. AC ducts leaking in dining area. Only two tables had chairs to sit down. No when when we went down to eat. Wasn’t being monitored and we had to wait 15 minutes. Elevator broke down. Broken pieces of equipment stacked in stairwells. Entry doors didn’t work or broken.

Took a while to check in to our room even though we were the only ones checking in, but clean maintained. The bathroom amenities were stingy…no bar soap so we had to use shampoo to wash our hands and when showering. All in all, ok. Not Wyndham standards, but not bad.

The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked. The room was unattractive and almost depressing. This seems like an old property in need of extensive renovation. Our room was not cleaned while we were there. We would not stay here again.

Covenant with easy access in and out of property. Room 103 needed up latch on door to prevent entrance. Breakfast did not have a good selection other than coffee.

It was super cozy, looked and smelled super clean. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Nice, clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. It felt very safe & the parking lot was well lit all night.

Hotel was clean but had to ask for shampoo and lotion. Breakfast was awful. Came down before 8, no coffee, no eggs or biscuits. Orange juice was sour. No cream for coffee or butter. Had to ask for everything. Very disappointed. Next day same.
