Hotel is located near to city centre so easy to move around during the trip. Serdar and his wife are amazing hosts. Always welcome you with a smile and will cater to your every needs in city during the stay inregards to your tour schedules. Room is spacious and clean. Fukran is an amazing guy and poeple like him is rare to find these days in hospitality industry. Always there to help guest with a friendly nature and positive attitude. Rooms are well maintained and interior in hotel in general is also well done and maintained. Recommended to anyone who visits this place. Will be the first choice of hotel for us whenever we visit this place

Booked 3 rooms for 3 people via Airbnb although available recieved a message asking if we'd except one room with 3 single beds. Not appropriate for our needs. Host did not reply when this was questioned. We sent a second message saying we would considered 2 rooms 3 beds but didn't receive a reply. Very disappointing. Had to book elsewhere 10km from chosen area.

The Caravanserai Inn Hotel is a fabulous place to stay. Serdar, Alp and Umut were perfect hots, the hotel was quiet, very clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Such a wonderful place to stay and was Fantastic value for money considering peak season. Highly recommend staying here if venturinto this wonderful part of Turkey. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The Inn is very well furnished with carpets and Turkish memorabilia all over the Place. It really feels like staying in a turkish villa. The terrace was stunning. The staff and the owner of the Inn were kind, welcoming and very helpful when some of us needed something. The breakfast was nice, the lady cooking there makes everything homemade, don't miss out on the tea. I absolutely recommend going here for your trip in Kapadokya

The owner is an exceptional individual. He was very helpful upon arrival and offered various tours and a balloon ride. I appreciated his quick response upon booking the reservation as I needed a low floor for my elderly parents which he immediately helped with. Breakfast was disappointing only because I noticed staff coughing and if they covered their mouth they didn’t wash the hands afterwards. I wasn’t going to mention this only because we really liked this hotel and didn’t want to mention anything negative. But this should be mentioned especially with all the health issues facing our global community right now. Overall a 8/10 rating. Thank you for a good stay.

The hotel reception people are very good . The rooms r good & it’s very close to high way. It’s not cave hotel it’s a normal boutique hotel with out a lift . The breakfast buffet is good there is no bar so plan for ur drinks . The view from the roof restaurant is good . Over all a decent experience ..
