特努塔普利梅羅度假村(Resort Tenuta Primero)

Wir waren eine Woche im Marina Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, schöne gemütliche Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück dort im Café war sehr lecker und alle sind so nett und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich ist auch toll, schöne Pools und alles sehr gepflegt. Der Strand im Resort ist nicht so schön, durch die Gezeiten wirkt alles etwas schmuddelig und das Meer ist nicht sehr einladend. Wir waren 1mal im Restaurant essen und fanden es nicht gut und überteuert. Aber dafür gibt es sehr gute Restaurants nicht weit entfernt. Es war aber wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir sind viel an der Marina spazieren gegangen und im Naturschutzgebiet geradelt. Auch Grado ist ein nettes Städtchen.

Resort bellissimo a due passi da ogni possibile attività... Chalet nuovi spaziosi e con tutti i confort, un piccolo appunto sulla colazione mi sento comunque di farlo: dare un po' più di ampiezza al buffet magari aggiungendo qualche dolcetto monodose e ampliando il settore verdure

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Cottages großzügig, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, tolle Terrasse. Man hat Fahrräder zur Verfügung und ein überdachter Parkplatz neben dem Cottage. Die Marina und der Golfplatz sind in ein paar Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Für Golfer in perfekter Lage finden sich hier idyllische Mini-Villen, die mit allem Komfort und neu ausgestattet sind. Zudem verfügt jede dieser Villen nebst car-port auch über Fahrräder, mit denen das großzügige Gelände bequem erkundet werden kann. Das Frühstück im Terrassen Restaurant mit tollem Meerblick ist ausreichend reichhaltig. Dazu eine nette Marina mit eigener Bar, zusätzlich zu einer romantischen Strandbar. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das freundliche Personal, alles voran der Concierge Tommy, der alle Wünsche zu erfüllen versucht. Das alles bei einem super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Cottage deluxe davvero confortevoli, moderni, dotati di tutti i comfort. All’esterno un patio con tavolo e poltrone e due sdraio, a lato il posto coperto dove lasciare la macchina. All’interno una zona soggiorno cucina, la camera da letto ed il bagno con un grande box doccia. Ottima la pulizia e in cucina troverete posate stoviglie e pentole per cucinare. Ci é piaciuto ricevere ogni giorno due bottiglie di acqua, e avere a disposizione anche due biciclette. La colazione nel bar della vicina marina era buona e varia. Nelle vicinanze un campo da golf molto divertente raggiungibile in bicicletta.

It’s a tired resort. But I’m writing this at 20 pat midnight with a loud band blaring out from somewhere nearby for the second night running. I phoned reception but there is nothing they can do … The accommodation is overpriced, the beach has nice sand and is good for dog walking but not families. The pool bar is nice, but food expensive. I honestly would not recommend anyone stay here, unless you’re desperate to waste money and sleep badly. The “kite bar” is pleasant and the staff are friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience. We also had a week in Croatia at a resort, and it was in a totally different league to this. Tentu Primero … not so primero.

it has been a great time - great service, friendly team at the reception, the cleaning and the staff at the restaurant. helpful with all questions. the bungalow was extremely well kept - daily water, espresso. cleaning perfect. bikes kept in good shape, was able to load my electric car. pool and music very professional

We used to come to Tenuta Primero back when it was a Camping, and stopped going since our family grew and we were no longer attracted to that type of holiday. We recently found out that Tenuta Primero was being completely refurbished into a hotel/resort, and so, as soon as it was possible we gave it a shot. We couldn't believe our eyes. The idea to spread only 135 individual cottages and bungalows over such an enormous area, made us feel safe and special, as all services offered are now in line with the standars of international luxury chains. We were given free bicycles in order to move around the resort, which we explored in every corner. The proximity to the lagoon and to the national park led us to extraordindary encounters: swans, flamingos, falcons and all sorts of avionic species. The breakfast has breathtaking views over the Gulf of Triest, and is of a very high standard. At night the Restaurant, with the same views, offers an awesome selection of dishes, whcih are beautifully prepared. The bistrot at the pool was the highlight for our kids. They loved eating their spaghetti vongole in their bathing suits, despite the weather was not too generous with us. The beach was perfect for morning walks. We even had a golf class, but I guess that we need several more before hitting that ball ;) The concierge service was absolutely lovely and organized our daily visits to various sites, including the Venica&Venica Vineyard, and a helicopter tour of the lagoon. All Covid measures were taken very seriously and we felt safe at all times, also thanks to the fact that the resort is mostly "outdoors". We will definitely come again, and recommend this hidden gem to anyone who wants to switch off for some time and recharge batteries. Oh yes, little advise, bring mosquito spray. Being in the lagoon comes with its benefits but also with its "inhabitants". KUDOS to the whole Tenuta Primero Team. We will be back!

La cura del dettaglio è parte integrante del "pedigree" altamente professionale nella gestione ottimale del Resort. Pertanto svegliasi alla mattina e trovare un pensiero non scontato, è indubbiamente un "plus" molto gradito. Nel resort il cliente ha sempre la percezione di essere coccolato, con la cura degli alloggi e dai servizi di qualità che rendono il soggiorno privo di preoccupazioni. Centro sportivo super attrezzato, palestra, biciclette elettriche, Golf Club, Marina Yacht, ristorante, e poi tanta tanta privacy e clienti educati (questo ultimo requisito ormai diventato un lusso).
