The suite is situated in another building near the hotel, but it is only a really short walk away, around a minute. The suite is big and clean, and well furnished. There are also many restaurants around the area. Would love to return again.

We stayed 2 nights, this is a good Hotel in the centre of the City with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms were ok as was breakfast. We took a taxis from the train station to the Hotel which cost 8 euros. A taxis to La Alhambra costs about 10 euros as does a taxis to Mirador San Nicholas with views of La Alhambra, the Sierra Navadas and Granada City. Alternatively you could catch a bus ( number 32 ) to La Alhambra from Plaza Nueva which is a 10 minute walk from the Hotel and costs less than 2 euros. I would have no problem staying at this Hotel again

In pieno centro a Granada , accoglienza gentile , stanza e bagno puliti e profumati, doccia spaziosa , presenza del bidet che non guasta mai! Letto comodo e scelta tra cuscini più o meno morbidi , presenza di bollitore con caffè istantaneo e tisane , mini frigo. Ci ritornerei di sicuro anche per il prezzo molto buono . Bravi

Great location, staff and accommodations. The suites are separate from the hotel. You check-in at the main hotel and then go around to the opposite side of the block for the entrance (code to enter) to the suites. Small elevator but we used the stairs. Our suite overlooked Plaza Trinidad and was very quiet for sleeping. Everything would have been 5 stars except the terrible internet service. When we complained to the front desk, they offered to let us use the lounge to connect - but it was the same server with extremely slow internet - even email took minutes to load. Not sure if this was normal or a problem only during our stay - but if you need to work or even post videos/photos - it could be an issue. I suggest checking with the hotel prior to see if the problem has been resolved. Other than that one issue... just about a perfect stay at very reasonable rates.

Con publicidad engañosa. No se corresponde con la calificación de cuatro estrellas. Dificultad para acceder con equipaje, hay varios escalones. No cumple con la vigente ley de acceso a discapacitados. No dispone de bar ni de espacios públicos, ni servicio de habitaciones. El comedor para desayunar es muy pequeño y escasos productos. Me cobraron una habitación de lujo y era muy pequeña, sin ventilación exterior, con una sola ventana a un patio interior techado. Sin armarios, solo una pequeña estantería abierta. Un minibar con dos botellas de agua. La ubicación es céntrica, pero con el inconveniente de que no puedes acceder con coche particular, solo con taxi.

Limpieza, atención al cliente, comodidad y muy buenos servicios. La situación del hotel es muy buena. La climatización perfecta y un silencio por la noches algo fuera de serie. El bufet para los desayunos, muy bien atendido.
