Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Room was clean and nice size but very basic. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Close to square and lake. It met our needs for the night.

Ongoing renovation is making this hotel noisy and unattractive. A bedside lamp didn't work and the tv signal was erratic. Complimentary coffee was in tiny cups and lukewarm.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but I was disappointed that you couldn’t see the lake, the pool was half-drained and green, and our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were up all night stomping around.

Room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine was broken. Pool was green. Even when pool season is finished it should be clean.

This hotel was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, there was no lakeview, and they were repairing the room directly under us including hammering, which they did until after 7 pm when we complained to the front desk. They then stopped.
