We stayed for 4 days and our room was not cleaned or stocked once during our stay. The front desk staff were less than pleasant. Nice hotel, nice room and decent area. But I was disappointed with the service there.

Between altos not having staff and waiting in line for breakfast both morning and Tavern United being closed for most of the day it was really hard to get food anywhere in hotel. Plus the Tavern closed at 100 pm one night and 1100 pm the next night. Overall not a great experience.

The stay was fun but the place shows its age since we were there over a decade ago. The water park is still very nice but the arcade had several non functioning games and the pizza wasn't what it used to be. Some front desk staff were rather cold. The small bar seemed nice for a drink. The breakfast buffet was not the best with lukewarm eggs from a carton, burnt or raw bacon, and everything dished by an attendant. I'd recommend menu ordering. The family "theme room" had no murals anymore. All was painted gray with just a cheesy princess poster hanging on the parent side of the room. I'd consider a two bed room instead for the price. There was also a severe creak in the bed and the toilet seat was about ready to fall off. Overall still a decent experience and fairly clean just not as nice as we remember.

This hotel is a great destination stay for families wanting the waterpark. However, the rooms are less than impressive. The beds were decent at best. Our mattress seemed to have a huge divot in the middle. The hvac system in the room is absolutely ridiculous. We stayed in a family suite. The small area where the bunk beds are gets no air ventilation unless you turn on an insanely loud fan that blows directly in there. The main system looks like it’s 100 years old. No digital system but a knob for hot and cold and buttons for low and high fan. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. This needs improvement. We also got stuck in a room that overlooked said waterpark with kids that go to bed before 9. They blare loud music until 10. Bathroom is also mediocre. Shower pressure terrible. Toilet paper dispenser crazy far to reach from actual toilet. I will honestly stay at a different hotel next time and pay the non hotel guest rate for the waterpark

Hotel was clean. Staff was great. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. My only complaint was the bed was terrible (lumpy, cheap mattress). We would stay here again for the waterpark.

My room 1102. Very noisy from neighbors plus in the hallway. I had to phone the front desk at 2am to have security quiet things down. I spoke to the front desk in the morning suggesting that some compensation on the cost of my room would be appropriate. They said they would pass on my comments. I checked out this morning but heard nothing from the property. I stay in a lot of hotels, this was not my favourite.

We stayed for 1 night with the sole purpose of using the pool and waterpark. We had sort of low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The pool water was decently warm, everything in working order and clean, and the kiddos had a blast. We were put up in the penthouse floor and our bed was comfortable and everything was clean. One thing I would like is if they enforced people in the lazy river, on Friday night it was filled with teenagers running around playing football and being crazy and it was overwhelming with our small kiddos on tubes. Overall very friendly staff and great experience and we will be back.

We enjoyed the splash park but 9 pm is too early for ALL of the pools to close. If they can open the regular pools in the morning with no lifeguard, then why can't it be open past the splash park hours? There are posted signs everywhere. Beds were not comfortable and the LOUD running noise from the room air system literally kept us up all night. The bunk rooms are a super cool option for big families. Overall, too expensive for the experience.

This hotel and it’s facilities are not worth the price I paid, the hotel room was dated, bed wouldn’t stop squeaking, the hvac unit it was super loud, breakfast was not included, had to fight over floaters to be able to use the water slide, there was no system in place, would not stay again
