The room was clean no problems with that but the staff can be more people friendly. Check out was at 11:00 am and they turned the key card off at 10:00 am.

I was not prepared for the $100 deposit that was required. It was not specified on the website. When I checked in, I was told that it would be removed from my account in 7-10 days and not at checkout!

Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to go around for everyone.

We have stayed at this particular hotel once before - about a year ago. This time when we checked in we were told we had to pay a deposit of $100 ($50 for each night). I was told I would get the deposit back within 5-7 DAYS! I thought this was ridiculous - especially when you are paying with a credit card. They would not accept cash for the deposit (which could easily be refunded upon checkout). I was very disappointed because that was not indicated on Travelocity's site when I made the reservation.

At first, the room seemed pretty clean. However, once it got darker, I saw a few roaches in the bathroom and crawling from behind the desk/tv. Also, while my room was being cleaned by housekeeping, my debit card was stolen and charged. Due to the inclement weather and late notice, I was unfortunately stuck there and couldn’t get a different hotel within reason. When my stay had to be extended the second time, the front desk attendant only reactivated my keycard, and did not have me sign the paperwork or pay the deposit like she should have. When I asked her about it, she said I was fine. Later that day, I received a call from the front desk that I had not checked in properly and needed to go downstairs.

This property was so quiet. We still miss the shower. I stayed for 7 days with my 2 boys and we slept so well. Would recommend staying at this property in a heart beat.
