A very nice, newer hotel. Rooms and accommodations are great. Very close to a lot of nice restaurants.

Probably was great but did not realize my toliet in my room did not work or was not hooked up at all until 2 am in morning. I moved but left my expensive bidy wash and sponge in the room, tried to get it the next morning thry threw it away told front desk but they did not care. I feel personally since i was half sleep when i had to move do to their fault, they should have at least replaced it or done something but it was just my loss they did not care. Not right. Other than that cery nice hotel.

It was convenient and near to my family's home. It was clean and very quiet - it was Chris**as Eve and Chris**as night, and there were very few guests staying there. However, I don't remember being told that housekeeping would not clean my room because it was a holiday. They did tell me that the bistro would not be open, but I expected someone to clean my room. I wish the hospitality industry would stop training the housekeeping staff to fold the toilet paper into a little chevron-V shape. I don't want anyone touching my toilet tissue, especially with hands/gloves that may have cleaning products on them. They need to leave the Kleenex tissues alone also and not shape them into a little flower. I want to be using clean tissues. I do appreciate that you use Kleenex brand facial tissues instead of a generic or hotel brand - Kleenex are always softer.

Staff were friendly, professional, and nice! The location of the hotel was in an excellent spot with lots of shopping and restaurants

Clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

It was top of the line, complete with a personalized message on the television when I arrived in my room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Hotel staff were always helpful and polite and all amenities were more than adequate for a weekend stay!

Check in and check out woman was not only extremely nice and helpful but very beautiful! I will be back just for a chance to see her again!
