The refrigerator in room 405 doesn't work. Upon investigating and pulling the refrigerator out myself, I determined that the wall plug for the refrigerator doesn't work. The fan to the bathroom also doesn't work.
This is a new hotel!
Upon checkout, I informed the clerk of the problems. She then admitted that the hotel was aware of the problems in that room and they were waiting on an electrician to fix it.
Since the hotel was aware of the problem, why did they give me that room?
There is a sign in the lobby that if a customer is not completely satisfied, that I would receive a free night's stay, which I asked for. The clerk advised that she didn't have the authority to give me a free night but she would have the manager call me that day. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from the manager.
