Nice and clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast! Front desk employees were nice and helpful.

You’ll go through less tissue if you get better quality. Have to use 3 at a time just to not leak snot through to my hands. Window seal wouldn’t allow window to close completely. The window was the reason for a lost star.

I travel up north twice a year to catch up with old friends and have a good time. BG is always the spot the party starts and stops at. Falcon, BW, is my spot of choice. They always give me the same room, upon request, and it makes my stay amazing. Can’t beat the staff, cleanliness, and location.

We stayed at this location for my daughters college tour. We called ahead and said we would be a late arrival. We were told no worries, be careful, drive safe and see you when you get in. We arrived about 9pm. The employee at the desk waa amazing, wonderful ans very friendly. Asked if i wanted water or coffee because he know i had been driving thru some bad weather. Our room was so nice and clean and warm. We had a survey card from Jason and the room at my name on the tv when i arrived. I thought it was so nice! And the kids were impressed. It was a clean, quiet and restful night. Breakfast was a large varied of hot, cold and everything in between. Lady working the breakfast area was very sweet!

Very courteous staff. Exceptionally clean for an older hotel. No pool but even the hot tub area was immaculate. Breakfast (Friday morning) was wonderful.

Price and quality do not match! I didn't realize we were getting an outside entrance at a low-income living facility. I was scared to walk outside my room. The only saving grace was knowing that the location was in a college town versus a big city but I might as well been at a trailer park. I'd expect this of a Motel 6, not a Best Western. Room had an odor. Completely outdated! Every time the heat went on it jiggled the door like someone was going to walk in and had the loudest sound. Needless to say, I got zero sleep! I paid less for a boutique style room that was gorgeous the day prior. What a rip off! Also, the staff (with exception of one girl trying to do her job) was completely inconsiderate. Talking around me, bickering, and distracting the girl that was checking me in. Yuck! I'll never stay here again. I'll save myself $100 bucks and stay at the Days Inn for this quality. At least I'd get what I paid for.

Excellent service, great breakfast, quiet except for the train but that didn't last long.

This was a great stay. Very clean, even though the building itself has some age to it. All of the ladies working the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Only draw back we didn’t receive toilet paper when cleaning person cleaned the room
