Enjoyed the trip. Really nice place. Loved that we didn't have to leave for anything after we got there!!! Comfy beds too!

Checking in was very easy and fast. Hotel staff I spoke to, were very friendly. There wasn’t an over-powering smell of cigarette smoke within the facility. Hotel room was very clean.

When we checked in instead of having us booked for a king room, we received a twin queen room. Our room had nats in the shower. When i went to the front desk to Complain we were put in another twin queen room. Even after speaking with the manager our room wasn't upgraded. The rest of our stay has been pleasant so far.

The hotel was very nice. The room was large and very nice but the pictures showed a walk in tiled shower but instead we have a tub shower combo that is a little dated.

Wonderful hotel and ******! Very new / clean rooms with comfortable beds and amazing sheets! Will definitely go again.

the staff was excellent, cleanliness overall of the rooms and ****** part was excellent. i would highly recommend going if you've never been. we definitely will come back.

well, it is a ****** downstairs. Take that as you will. Everything was new, clean, room spacious and nice. There were 3 food options from snack bar, Chili's and a fine dining Chop House as well as another bar area. Only drawback is I left my phone charger. Called several times to ask lost and found and never would pick up. Drove 10 miles out of my way to walk in and ask. After 30 minutes was told no one found anything.....sigh. PR

Everything was great about the stay except for the cigarette smoke. It was horrible.

We arrived at check in time and immediately regretted the booking. The cigarette smoke is assaulting as soon as you walk in the front door. The rooms were no smoking but the smoke jumped travels up the elevators and through the hallways to the rooms. We requested a room change to the opposing tower that is 100 percent no smoking and it was a little better but still awful. There was a house keeper walking the halls spraying cleaning supplies at an attempt to cover the smell. We would never stay again.
