Staff were friendly. No vent in the bathroom. Air conditioning vent was filthy due to both of these conditions. Room had musky unfresh odor. Breakfast was very good. The biscuit and gravy was excellent . Many options better than continental breakfast staff assigned kept eating area clean and well stocked.

If your hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, then your room rates should be at a significant discount. It's not good enough to tell guests that the pool and gym are closed, but that they can use the pool and gym at another hotel that's at least 1/4 mile away. Also, the TV in the room was disappointingly small. It's 2023; even large-screen TVs are cheap now.

When we arrived we were notified that the hotel was renovating and therefore no ice machines worked and the pool was closed. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and there was no mention of renovations when we booked. In addition, the TV was a huge hassle because the guide button on the remote was broken. The pull out bed did not have any bedding, and the front desk staff refused to bring us any. We had to go down and get it ourselves. When my wife objected that she was in her pajamas, the employee was very rude and hung up.

Actually, it was great. So clean, beds so comfortable, front desk attentive to your needs. Good breakfast, and even though some final construction was finishing up, no noise. We loved the cleanliness, and wonderful beds. ❤️

Lady at front was nice but hotel is in bad condition. Mold ceiling tiles in hallway, very stained carpets. Broken furniture. Not the typical cleanliness you expect from this chain.

It was being renovated and the carpets in our room were nasty dirty. They should not be charging full price until all renovations are complete!

Property itself was fine, if tired. A car alarm was going off all night and we had a room to the front, so this disrupted our sleep. There are limited dining options in town - we went for the pizza place and unfortunately it was not great.
