The hotel was pretty good, nice area. We loved that it offered shuttle to the airport. But we had some issues. The smell in the room was bad, like dirty air filters or something. Then, our TV went out and after we called front desk to report it, nobody came over to look at it, nor were we offered any other solutions. We also had problems with ac/heat. We were having trouble changing temperature of the room and couldn't shut the fan off.

1st time staying in Grapevine. Came for the downtown festivities and the ***lord ICE exhibit. Perfect location for everything and great price! King bed room was huge and pull out bed was nice for our 6yr old! Will definitely stay again.

The water heater went out, cold showers was not pleasamt,they fixed it for half a day,then cold again,,,rooms could use a little attention, linens can be renewd,especially towels, parking is not very good,,but all on all, i would stay agaon!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Only down side was it was a bit dated as far as technology accessibility. Bed side had limited plug ins for charging. Bathroom had no plug for hair dryer or curling iron. Those are minor issues that would not affect me staying there again. Complimentary breakfast would be nice.

If you stay remember you have to request housekeeping its not a given daily thing. We spent two nights and 3 days and never had fresh towels, bed change or trash removal. They never told us it had to be requested instead of a normal thing that was done.
