Enjoyed our stay

The rooms are very nice and spacious and quiet. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the fire alarm went off with a message stating to leave room immediately and go outside. When we got down to the lobby the staff said they were just testing the alarm. This was quite disruptive and there should have been a message on the intercom stating it was only a test.

This has been one of the most accommodating properties I’ve ever experienced. The staff was outstanding! From the housekeepers , front desk (amazing) and wait staff. They went above and beyond. I honestly didn’t even want to leave. The grounds were super clean and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. It was a five star experience! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

All of the staff members were very helpful, courteous, and kind. Lovely facility and extremely clean! The food at the Life Outreach International event was fabulous. The bacon was the best I have ever had. Would come back in a heartbeat. Hope all of the Westins are this great!!!! Thank you, thank you to everyone who works there-what a special work crew you have at this facility!!!!

One of the best hotel stays we've had in a long while. I can't say enough about the service. It was far and away beyond our expectation. Not one bad thing to say about our stay.

Every staff person made us feel like we were so important. Their shuttle service around the area was great, I did not rent a car. I loved the cleanliness, the mattress covers made me feel like I was not sleeping in someones sweat, all hotels should have those.

The Westin Southlake was such a beautiful experience. The hotel is modern and up to date. The staff were kind and super accommodating. EVERYTHING on the on-site restaurant menu was delicious. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you, Westin Southlake!

Nice and clean! The staff was very friendly and responded promptly to any requests. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here. We didn’t go to the pool, but it is beautiful!

I had to bring my dog to Dallas to see a specialist. The Westin was very dog friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staf was very helpful. Room service was great.
