格雷夫森中央高級旅社(Premier Inn Gravesend Central)

Stayed here for one night when attending a family event. Room was clean and comfortable although the shower head could do with descaling. Our only problem was the lack of a lift as my husband has mobility problems. The room was booked some time ago before his problems were apparent so I should probably have thought to request a downstairs room beforehand. However, staff were very helpful in carrying our cases down the stairs. We probably would not stay again due to the lack of a lift.

Convenient location for us to visit family and a day trip to London for the museums. Also sightseeing.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and roomy. The bed and pillows super comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. If needed you can pick up tea bags,milk sugar at the front desk. The bayliss and Harding toiletries are kind to the skin along with the soft fluffy towels. Shower easy to use and a welcome treat is the bath to relax in after a long day.

I was over the moon with the service I received and my room although it could do with a mini fridge had to drink warm drinks. And it would’ve been great if I didn’t have a mobile home parked right outside my window which resulted in me having to have my curtains closed at all times due to people looking in.

Parking was included - there was a pad to input your reg at check in. The staff were so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. You usually know what you’re getting which is why I like premier inns, as usual the room was clean, bed very comfy but I had so much space - I was in room 1 and it was big and airy.

Jason on the reception desk was very helpful, went over and above to help me out with my booking , due to originally getting the wrong night booked , he also asked would I want food, he then booked the restaurant with the time for me & did the same for my breakfast

I wish to commend Premier Inn Gravesend Central hotel for an Astonishing comfort and satisfaction away from home.Good customer service, safety, security and convenience. I will never regretted opting .

Easy place to find. Large car park and good food. The room was clean and had the necessary amenities. Reception is well attended and the receptionist polite and knowledgeable. Close to Bluewater and to the Dartford crossing.
