I'm a non smoker and was traveling alone. I had staff come to room twice during the night stating the room smoke alarm was triggered. Staff wanted to check there was no smoking per the policy and there wasn't but didn't appreciate staff walking in uninvited to check.

Not clean. No bathroom soap in our room. All of the antiseptic cleansers were empty.

Clean appearance on the surface but many underlying problems . The first room I was given had problems with the heating/cooling/fan unit. It would not shut off. That's when I discovered that the filters were also absolutely FILTHY. I was given another room which also had filthy filters. I decided I wasn't going to go through the hassle of asking for yet another room so I cleaned them myself. Then as the weather became cold and I needed to use the heating unit, I discovered that the heat was not working in my unit. The gentleman at the desk was very nice in trying to fix the problem but was unable to. He offered us yet another room but as it was already 9pm on our last night I just said forget it. All in all, for the amount of money I spent per night, I left with very dissatisfied and felt I should have been given some consideration for all of my troubles. Unfortunately, based on my stay, I would not recommend this Hotel.

I tested POSITIVE for COVID on the day I was to arrive and ******* did NOTHING!!! They called the Hotel and it was communicated to me by ******* Rep that the GM said he did not care I had COVID and to check in anyway. REALLY???? Maybe you don't care if I harm someone or infect an entire Hotel, but I am not that irresponsible!!! Shame on all of you!!!!!

Wonderful hotel minutes away from Tanglewood, Stockbridge, the Guthrie and a lot more. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The bed is comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay great. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone with hot and cold items and coffee/tea available all day. We look forward to our next visit.

Hotel was a typical chain hotel however quite expensive. Rooms were decent with the basics of necessary items available. Room on first floor was a bit noisy from car arrivals. Also The toilet leaked around the base and there was a constant sewage smell coming from the toilet. Breakfast was good
