帝國酒店(Imperial Hotel)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Excellent service as usual, staff, very nice, very helpful, always happy lovely group of people in the bar, the restaurant and the reception area, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is excellent. What more can I say go try it it’s well worth a visit thank you to all looked after us.

This was our second stay but first as a family and could not fault any of the staff as they were amazing polite and very accommodating. The room was fantastic size and the shower was so good. The breakfast was lovely. Only issue we had was finding a car park space when we arrived as some others hadnt parked so well but we did eventually get one. Would definitely stay again if we were going back to Great Yarmouth as the location was perfect. It was away from the game and play areas they were only a walk away but the beach was only across the road.

When travelling as a single person for business you know you will probably be allocated a smaller room at the back of the hotel, even though on the booking it said king size bed !! Last week at the Imperial, as usual the service was impeccable and the restaurant food delicious; however, having a small room at the side of the hotel completely embellished by lighthouses was like a child’s nigh**are !! Will definitely be writing on the “any other requests” NO Lighthouses please

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff could not be more helpful. We drove up in my electric car and there was 2 spaces to use the charger which is a great help whilst staying there. Unfortunately they were not working the next evening but would be a good unique selling point for electric car users.

Had a lovely weekend at the imperial. Hotel was spotless, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the food wasexcellent. Some parts of the building could do with a revamp however. A lovely building in need of some TLC. Will definitely be returning

great hotel noting to much trouble for staff,rooms very clean beds perfect and breakfast best I've had in a long time overall 5🌟.

Right from arriving to leaving we couldnt find a single fault. Staff are all friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb. We ate both nights of our stay in The Terrace restaurant and both meals were delicious. Brilliant hotel.

We had a dog and was made to feel very welcome - only observation was the room was quite small as our dog is large - would be fine for a small / medium sized one.
