海港前沿酒店(The Harbor Front Inn)

We were returning to Greenport after several years. This was our first time at the Harbor Front. It reminded us of lovely past trips to Maine and Block Island. This is so much closer and such a beautiful area. We were here from Florida visiting family in Nassau county. A great time of year to be on the East end. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly .

We loved our stay at the Harbor Front Inn. We were greeted by Jessica at the front desk. She was lovely and she went over all of the details of the amenities at the hotel including a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the marina. The room was spacious and comfy with a nice deck, a mini fridge and safe and an amazing spa shower! Breakfast was included and it was a nice assortment of healthy breakfast items including fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins and croissants. The coffee was awesome and refilled as soon as it was needed. Jessica gave us suggestions on local places to visit including beaches, food and shopping. We had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to returning soon!

I think it was outrageous you charged us to park. It was 25 a night. I also think you are way to sxpensive for what you give guests. I was charged amenities fee very upset. Its fall no pool use available. Its so over priced

There was completely inadequate lighting in the room. No ceiling lighting, very poor desk lamp, dim nightstand lamps. Not possible to read in the room. Terrible desk chair. Will not return.

The stay was great! The only thing that stunk was the heater is so loud and idles on and off all night. It would wake us up often. Ended up forgoing the heat at 4 am just to get a couple of hours of sleep. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel right in Town but we weren’t able to check into our hotel until 5 pm, after the 4pm standard check in. Personally I’ve never had that happen at a hotel. The room was really nice and spacious but was not stocked with a blow dryer, which it was listed in the room description, and we did not get supplied with additional toilet paper - only had about half a roll given to us. Considering we had to wait extra time for our room, I expected everything to be fully stocked.

Great location near everything. Very nice view and lovely room. Continental breakfast was great and I really liked the lobby. Not enough parking. And my biggest complaint was the extra fees they charged. If I didn’t notice and call I wouldn’t have caught a charge for a snack that we didn’t eat and was actually never in our room and they charged me a early check in fee even though that didn’t happen. You also have to pay a resort fee even when the pool isn’t open in the winter. The manager wouldn’t waive that one. Also the shower looked amazing but was old or not kept up so didn’t work well which was a disappointment.

It is very clean and comfortable. The sheet or bedroom are clean and nice to stay at. Very convenient location from harbour We will come back.

Nice location. Not a lot of options to stay. Room was average honestly. Loud heating/cooling system and paper thin walls. Lovely street. If in the area it will do but nothing special
