格林斯伯勒希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro)

I have stayed here numerous times with no problem. This particular time our room had ants. The room they move us to had toilet problems (Flushing). Attendant didn’t seem to practically care. Did the minimum I guess.

Hotel was great, convenient location for lots of restaurants and fast food. It’s also located right off the highway which was easy to access. The rooms were very clean. The only negative was that I had requested a crib during check in for our one year old baby but we’re told by the front desk they only had 1 and it was in use. I understand they are first come first served but only having 1 seems quite inadequate. Needless to say, my baby nor I got much sleep without her having a crib. The front desk offered extra blankets which I used to make a bed on the floor. It was very frustrating as I’ve never had a hotel not have a crib available and we were unable to travel with a portable crib.

Very clean, friendly and helpful at all times. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall pleasant stay. Obviously hotel had overpriced beverages. But they are still reasonable and great.

I loved the softness of the beds and pillows. The shower was awesome

I had paid for my room through ********** and got confirmation of paying. When I got to hotel I was made to pay again. I was told that the charged that I had already paid was just to hold the room. But my bank had already been charged. When I made it known to the front desk clerk the next morning once I looked at by online acct. that I had been charged twice the manager made it seem as if I was lying and that she had to get it straight with ********** or I was going to have to call them. Then the manger decided to call ******* to try to get it straight and I was told she would get in contact with me by the end of the day or the next day. I'm waiting for her phone call. Because I refuse to pay twice I will take this further if I have too. This makes me not want to book through ********** or stay at that Hilton any more if they can't see on their screen if a patron has already paid or not and makes them pay again and then they have a hard time getting refunded.

Conveniently located. We have stayed here a number of times when in Greensboro

Great location with very friendly staff from housekeeping and the front desk. Surprisingly good assortment of wines at the bar as well.
