My stay was great . But the not having towels was not great. The price was very negotiable

I show up for my reservation. I was told the card reader didn't work and i had to use cash. I went to the ATM to get cash and the ATM did not work. The staff said i would have to find a ATM to pay cash. Why would i go hurting for a atm just to pay you. I went to the holiday inn express next door and got a room now rodeway charged my card and wont give me a refund. I will take it up with my bank.

honestly you get what you pay for from this hotel. very outdated, the sheets had holes and there was a lot of patched up holes in the walls/doors. the main door felt like it wouldn’t close all the way. we only stayed one night so we kind of just pushed through it. I wouldn’t stay more than one night here

Péssimo hotel. O quarto cheirava mal, a coberta estava cheia de furos de cigarro, cheio de lixo nos corredores, café da manhã não tinha pão. Só teve sucrilhos e leite. Pedi a recepcionista para colocar pão e ela disse que não tinha, que não fabricava pão para me fornecer. Funcionários estupidos e mal educados. Móveis do quarto todos rasgados e em péssimo estado. Foi nojento. Nem tive coragem de tomar banho lá. Hotéis.com não podia falar que tem café da manhã incluído porque aquilo não era considerado café da manhã. A recepcionista disse que o café da manhã era cortesia do jeito que estava, foi muito grosseira. Odiei o lugar. Não recomendo.

The place is old and dingy. They could definitely use a paint job. I didn't shower because the bathroom was too outdated and dingy. The lamps on the wall were old and falling apart like it should have in a halloween movie. This place is a one star hotel. The staff were very kind

The room had too many roaches in it to be comfortable. The bed sheets are almost dry rotted, they have holes in them. NONE of the towels in the room looked clean and the sofa had stains.

I have worked in the prison most of my adult life,It’s sad to see these conditions of this place where people pay to stay. I promptly got a refund and left.

Fortunately the room was ready. We were coming from out-of-town for a wedding and we’re able to get ready, but I did not feel comfortable spending the night. It smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room. The lights were out in the lobby. There seemed to be a footprint on the wall and I did not trust the overall cleanliness of the room.
