Nice staff very good people and the rooms are clean and very nice

There were 2 huge cockroaches in my room and my faucet dripped the whole time. It was also disappointing that the pool is still under construction as it was that way when I stayed a year ago. The hotel has gone down a lot in the last year. A little embarrassed as I brought my whole family this time.

While this is located in a convenient area, the property looks like they turned maintenance and renovation over to people who don't quite know what they are doing. There was unsanded and unpainted Spackle on the inside of the room door, what looked like drywall dust on the floor, weird spots on the wall, and all of the bathroom lights flickered at the same time, which makes me wonder if the fixture was wired properly...... I could hear everything going on in the hallway. The breakfast was... a hotel buffet breakfast. The pool looked gross and had a sign on it apologizing for the renovations.

This property is very run down. The pool is drained and a mud pit. It says they are remodeling but it doesn't look like anyone has done anything to it in years. The walls are paper thin, the beds are rock hard, the air conditioner is very noisy, and there is a bar/restaurant attached that attracts such a crowd that it requires a police officer with a metal detector to enter. It's open until 2am. Bikers with very loud motorcycles would leave around 2am. Also, around 5am each morning, someone would hotbox the stairwell and the smell of **** would fill the halls and into the rooms. (so strong it woke me up)

The staff that assisted us, Marcus Johnson, was awesome! He was very professional, and friendly, and provided us world-class customer service that Wyndham is known for. Thank you for making our check-in process a great one!

The staff was friendly. The room was reasonably clean. The hotel was hosting a convention during my stay so it is hard to gauge what normal conveniences would be such as dining etc. but overall, the building looked dark and drab.

Overall it’s just an okay hotel, not the best and not the worst, room service was weird, they’d only clean up half the room every single time, it’s an okay hotel
