The place was fairly clean, quiet and convenient to I-40. But once we got into the hotel, we got the impression there had been safety and security issues due to lots of paper signs taped up in common areas. At check in, I found out there was an additional $100 damage deposit that would be charged to my credit card. This was not mentioned at the time of my reservation. The deposit is to be refunded in 5-7 days on my card if no damage to the room incurred during my stay. Makes one wonder what has happened in the past to implement this charge. We won't stay here again.

The hotel was okay though many of the cases for refrigerated items for breakfast or snacks were completely empty. Easy to fix
Mai reason for the low rating - the hotel was very noisy almost all night. Noise from the lobby & noise from the elevators. Not a great noght

This is definitely a hidden gem. Although it’s not considered “luxury” you couldn’t ask for a better deal, excellent customer service and CLEANLINESS!! I have booked my stay for next GHOE.

Horrible experience. No hot water in shower. Called front desk he said he had to go run and fix it and afterwards let it run for a while. Did that water was still lukewarm. Bad experience!

It was very close to our destination, food and the highway. The breakfast area was clean and spacious but the choices were limited. Overall it was decent.
