Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville

Very friendly staff. They were very accommodating especially Front desk agent Ken and the agent that accommodated my stay over. I didn't get her name but I called down to the front desk to tell them I had another night booked and she made sure I was allowed to say in the same room.

Clean, safe nice hotel. Friendly staff and Ken at the front desk was so helpful and kind. We our stay. We was close to almost everything. We went to visit family. Quick trip. It's near a really busy area.

After several subpar stays at Hilton properties, our visit to Greenville was excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms great breakfast nice change of pace. Will certainly use this location for future trips to Greenville

The breakfast 🍳 was great the room was spacious we will come again we had one problem the mirror was cracked on the closet door. We reported it and they said not to worry about it. Great customer service.

The staff was outstanding especially Christine who went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable would stay again. The property was very well maintained and the hot breakfast was a good start to the morning.

Loved the hotel the gentleman when I checked is was extremely professional the room was very clean and very comfortable looooooved the bed the breakfast was amazing the outside was really nice beautiful

Nice hotel. Disappointed with the air conditioning in the room. The temperature never got below 71 even though thermostat was set at 68. Didn’t sleep well, too warm

Friendly staff. Shopping and dining close by. Snack bar. Manager’s happy hour with complimentary soup, salad, and wine/beer.

Very bad service. Got a very noisy room on the short end facing the freeway. Asked about possibilities to switch room, guided to come back after checkout 3pm. Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned. Changing people all the time not communicating between each others. Gave up even though I knew they had many rooms available. First morning almost all breakfast was out at 08am, no forks or spoons available and the guests had to wait a long time for new. Got a rude reaction when I notified the receptionist about this. Third morning breakfast was out of Coffey. Otherwise nice rooms at the hotel and a nice lobby. But no customer care at all.
