Excellent property with free parking and clean and comfortable rooms. This would be a 5 star review if I didn’t have maybe the worst customer service of my life on the way out of my stay. I had discovered that I had a pending charge on my card for what I had already paid months before for the room through ******* after already checking in and paying for the refundable incidental. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive rather than working with me and/or redirecting me. As long as I know that this woman still works there I will never stay at this hotel again. Don’t work at a front desk if you are a rude and inconsiderate person. She even refused to let me speak to a manager when I requested to and asked if she could help the people behind me when I was trying to problem solve with her to see why I was double charged for the stay. Thankfully the customer service line on ******* helped me solve the problem.

First time in Stamford. Comfortable, ten minute walk to train for nyc show. Free parking and breakfast included made it more economical than other comparable hotels in the area. Great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Drawback - no pool.

The hotel is updated for Hampton. Had an issue with the toilet guy at the desk informed me that he would get maintenance to address it while we were at breakfast. This didn't happen as the maintenance guy was sleeping. He kind of says live with the clogged toilet until he wakes up. He did at one point after I asked to leave his desk and bring me a plugger to address the issue myself. TV didn't work. Easy to tell the rooms are given a quick clean.

It was a chilly day, but there was no hot water working in the bathroom from afternoon to night. The receptionist told me she would send someone up to check. No one came up. I asked for a room change. She denied, saying they were having a boiler problem and that all the other rooms had no hot water. They gave me no follow-up. I had never had an experience like this. Just horrible.

Everything was great! Large, clean rooms and the place feels brand new. Great place to stay for Capitol theatre show in Port Chester, NY. About 15 minute drive to venue.

Clean and well-cared for property and rooms. Staff very nice. Would have expected a better mattress for the hotel. But overall an excellent experience.

The check in process was easy. The clerk was pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only thing that isn’t perfect is the parking lot, which is awkward to maneuver in.

Room that was booked was not available. Switched to a lower valued room and was still charged higher rate. Room’s heat and air conditioning was out of wack. Room was very hot. Tried to change thermostat and it would not adjust. Kept blowing warm air no matter the setting.
