什裏夫波特西I-20舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Shreveport West I-20)

The room that we were given smelled terrible and was dirty. It smelled like moldy/mildew everywhere and the bathroom was the worst. The floors were sticky. My husband wet a washcloth and wiped the bathroom floor and the white towel was black after.

This hotel isn’t in the worst part of town, though some of the surrounding businesses are obviously aged or abandoned. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, well managed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is the nicest stay I’ve had in Shreveport to date.

I stayed in room #223..Everything was excellent. The staff was super nice.. The only complaint I have is the bed. It was a lil firmer than I prefer. My daughter loved the pool! I will most definitely stay here again.

The mattress was horrible so neither of us slept well. The toilet seat needed to be replaced a long time ago. There were areas around the tub with mold as well as under the lip of the sink. The front desk was cheerful and helpful and the staff at breakfast was right on top of things!

All was fine but my room was right outside where they put the smoke Butt thing. So room would smell like smoke. They need a better place for smokers to go

The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful.

I like the staff and they were working to ensure the property was clean.

Staff was very customer service oriented and the place was always clean and well kept.
