The worst experience I have every had with a hotel. Booked our room back in February (2 months ago) and had the reservation cancelled the day before our trip so they could make more money from people there for Jazz fest… Claimed a tornado ruined our room just to have it available for $700 a night after, ridiculous.

Gnats in the first room, had to be moved next door, second room had a ant infestation. Then I was charged $25 for using a towel as protection from the dirty shower floor.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The area around the hotel was also quiet and safe.

Upon checking in we were unable to use our credit card because "we dont accept this type". They also wouldn't take cash. We asked for pool towels and they said it was closed. There were no signs indicating this. We were only given three shower towels for four people. The second day they did not clean our room and only offered one towel when we asked for more. Every front desk meember we encountered was incredibly rude. We will never stay in this location again.

A very easy drive from the airport. Check in very easy in person or online. Room clean and comfortable. Worth the price and would stay here again if visiting the city.

staff and everything was just right there including the mall that was across the street and a gas station that sold breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was better than some resturants.
