這家酒店是一對和善的老夫妻和家人一起經營着的。雖然離鎮中心有點距離，但酒店區域停車方便，周邊配套齊全，50米外的路口就有加油站，開車五分鐘就能到達快餐店，開個一刻鐘就能到鎮中心，並且那邊有大型超市和景點。
房間都配備了基本的烹飪設施，並且還有起居室，非常温馨。

新西蘭的motel房間大小差不多，如果分到我們的房間對着馬路會有點吵，廚房設施齊，前台大姐主動提供幫助，旁邊就是紅超採購方便。退房的時候把手機落下了，服務員給我們收好等我們回去拿。

8/10 - Pretty spacious room with a mini fridge and microwave. Shower water pressure is low and you have to pay $10 for laundry - no big deal but other places it has been free. Location is good, right next to a New World supermarket and a 15 minute walk from Monteith's Brewery. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Quite happy with my 2 day stay just wish the shower was a little better!

Great communication from our host. Easy to find and ideally located for the rest of Greymouth. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

The accommodation was very clean and the attention to detail was excellent. There were fresh towels and toiletries going above expectations. The little bottle of mike on arrival was a cute touch. The beds were comfortable and we all had a great night sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay. When we checked in, was friendly from the get to, walked to our room and showed everything inside. It was warm (with a heat pump and electric blankets on bed). Spacious and the 2 bedroom suited our family nicely. Nice sized kitchen to do a holiday on the cheap.
Only ****** was the bath had a metal thing at the end that was loose or was designed to not let it oveflow so couldn’t enjoy a nice deep bath as it drained - wasn’t sure which :) but the bath was still good and comfy.

Amazing stay, superb cleanliness and parking just beside unit. New World supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Check in was very smooth and reception lady kindly helped to check the tide condition for us to visit the Pancake Rocks (1.5 hours away).
