沃納瑪度假酒店(Wonnemar Resort-Hotel)

Unser Aufenthalt hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, angefangen von dem überaus freundlichen, sehr hilfsbereiten Personal am Empfang, im Service, selbst im benachbarten Spa, und Sauna Bereich. Die Ausstattung war ordnungsgemäß, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein nächstes Mal. Dieses Resort-Hotel ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Zahlreiche Leistungen waren kostenpflichtig. In der Hotelbeschreibung wurden alle Leistungen als kostenlose Leistung angeboten

The hotel was clean and in general good state. Breakfast buffet was amazing and good drinks from the Bar, although it was closing a bit early. The Spa area was limited, but the things that were there worked fine. There were some construction going on to improved the offers. Location of the hotel was remote, to long a walk to get to town.

The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate beer selection or wine selection no kids menu? Staff, service, cleanliness 8.2 . Rooms, menu, hotel quality 6.5 Location 9 Prices over the roof always in consideration to what you receive. You pay for everything except silverware and napkins. Aqua park perfect for kids and adults although some water slides did not work due to maintenance. Food at aqua park is garbage 6.1. Overall 6.7

A super idea to attach a nice hotel to the water park. You can tell the chefs are a cut above. But given the water park over the bridge, more children's options are necessary in the restaurant. However, the hotel does have a hidden teen room (games console) and another kiddy room (although my 8 year-old said it was for babies). It is also a nice and easy walk to the centre/harbour of Wismar through the park

Everyone who Works there where unfriemdly, they don’t understand any English and just didn’t care when we tried to ask. No air con on the room, our keys to the waterpark did not work. Worst experience in Germany so far.

Amazing atmosphere, family friendly and excellent service. I can’t say enough about the one of a kind experience we had at this resort.
