米斯提克萬豪水療酒店(Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa)

We stayed one night while visiting our family. The room was comfortable for the price. I liked that the room had a chaise lounger, which was comfortable for watching TV and just relaxing. We especially enjoyed morning breakfast, which we added with our reservation. It requires a voucher, which we didn't receive at check-in, so we had to get that from the front desk in the morning. The bar was great for an afternoon snack and drink. I would definitely recommend if you need a home base in the area. You will need your car as it is not walkable to popular areas in Mystic. This was not a concern, as it was off season and it was a quick Uber ride into town.

I was there for 2 nights and it was just great. The ease of checking in (and out). The friendliness of staff. The cleanliness and quality was so welcoming. Even though it does sit by itself you’re not far from Mystic Village, the Aquarium, and few parks. The spa is a little pricey but worth it; the staff there is just as welcoming as the hotel. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant because my goal was to get out and about but the bar is nice. I had a great stay.

This was a spur of the moment trip, on our way to Maine. The entire staff was so welcoming and the space was beautiful. We arrived around 830p and were happy that the restaurant was still open. What an amazing meal- Our waitress Olivia was so gracious and everything was so tasty. Room was so clean and the whole space was inviting. We will be back to take advantage of the spa!

This property was so clean! Staff and service was exceptional. We did have an issue with our bathroom door which they were able to fix so quickly. If you’re from out of town or in the state I would recommend staying here! And the spa here is phenomenal. The ladies were amazing

I booked a room with two queens beds for me, my husband and our two year old son for a quick getaway to celebrate my husbands birthday. I had called ahead of time asking for a crib just in case and was told no problem, but we never received one. My son unfortunately woke up around 11pm and threw up everywhere after a coughing fit On one of the beds. We called down to explain the situation and someone brought us extra linens and then took all our bedsheets covered in vomit but then we woke up the next morning to find them all still in front of our door. I also asked if someone could come redo the beds the next day and then we came back in the afternoon to our room and no one had come by. We had a lot do trash and recycling (milk bottles, diapers) that we had put into plastic bags but nothing was removed again. The toilet also would stop flushing every single time we used it, and my husband had to lift the toilet cover to reconnect a piece that kept coming apart. I also paid for breakfast both days but wasn’t given a voucher each time and I had to go to the front desk to ask for a voucher both days and was unsure why this wasn’t done up front. The people at the restaurant were inquiring why I didn’t have a voucher to begin with and then also told me “we’ve never seen this kind of voucher before” which was honestly insinuating that we were trying to make something up. This was terrible stay. We often choose Marriott as our go to hotel but this has made us rethink this.

My daughter recommended this hotel and I can see why. The property was beautiful and elegant! Everyone was so nice and professional. The food was on point delicious! Only sad point I wished I could’ve stayed longer! I would definitely return again and would highly recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Beautiful facility, went for tournament at Mohegan Sun, the hotel stay at Mystic added a self care element. Great gym. Nice pool. Everything cared for by the staff.

Stayed for a quick getaway for my daughters 3rd birthday. As many others have stated, the rooms and indoor pool are in major need of some TLC therefore I could not give it 5 stars. The staff however make up for this with their impeccable hospitality. Cindy checked us in and made my daughters stay so special. She gave her a special birthday treat and always greeted her by first name when she saw her. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and was willing to help with anything we needed. Please give them all a raise as this hotel is definitely getting return costumers due to them!! Overall it was a nice stay.

My daughter fell on the pool deck. She cut her foot but was ok. My other daughter slipped and fell in the bathroom outside of the pool. There was water all over the floor which caused it to be slippery. She came very close to hittting her head in the toilet bowl.
