格羅夫城-南哥倫布舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Grove City - Columbus South)

Such a great little hotel. Stayed over night and everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was really good. The bed was soft. Would definitely stay there again if I needed to.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. But y’all didn’t have breakfast out like was said we came down at 6:45 and then at 9:30 and the breakfast still wasn’t out.

Nothing worked at this property. The pool was out of service room. Keys would not work no working ice machines we were told they have mold unfriendly staff do not stay here.

The room didn't have hot water to take showers. The light at the entrance of the room didn't work. Also the shower wasn't clean it had hair

Neighbors were very loud constantly leaving the room and slamming the door. Showerhead had mold on it. My brother found a few roaches in his room. Kids were using the entire building as a play ground. Disappointing stay at this place.

Very run down. Cleanish but not great. Staff was very friendly. Weird smell in room, couldn't figure out what it was but couldn't lower temp in room for fear that's where the smell was coming from.

The front desk staff were amazing! I loved every bit of my stay, quiet and peaceful.

The staff at the desk were NOT attentive at all... The computers were not working so ID and credit cards was taken into the back room for way tooo long. Upon check out the person at the desk continued shuffling papers for 5 - 10 min and then after the 2nd time asking what we wanted finally asked someone else to check us out. the bed had no padding and only 2 towels - cleaning rooms only every 3 days? the toilet handle stuck and the toilet sat 5" in front of the sink... The hotel business must be very tough but this hotel needs more attentive staff.

Nice place, easy access to the highway, but traffic can get very busy during rush hour.
