Grünau war zwar nur eine Zwischenstation auf unserem Weg nach Südafrika, hat dann aber doch sehr überrascht. An der Rezeption, wo wir freundlich empfangen und mit Informationen versorgt 2urden, hieß es dann, daß wir noch 3 km Richtung Horizont fahren müssen. Dort standen dann ganz weit draußen daß Weisse Haus, ein paar Chalets und der Swimmingpool. Um 18 h kam dann jemand mit dem Grillgut und um 19 h kamm der Frühstückskorb. Alles bestens und von hoher Qualität

Ein mit viel Liebe betriebenes Familienunternehmen, ein Garant für ein unvergessliches und authentisches Africa Feeling. Keine kommerzielle sondern eine individuelle Lodge mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Vom freundlichen Empfang bis hin zur Blitz sauberen Lodge und wahnsinnig leckerem Essen samt bestens gefülltem Kühlschrank incl . sehr guter Weine, sind wir uns sicher: besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Ein absolutes Highlight!

Una guest house incantevole con un'accoglienza calorosa e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Gli chalet sono semplici, confortevoli e silenziosi, immersi nel paesaggio sconfinato della Namibia. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte arrivando dal Sudafrica e ci è dispiaciuto non poter trascorrere più tempo in questo posto magico.

Ein tolles Angebot der Gastgeber sind Selfdrive Touren im Farmland. Ein Pad führt auf einen kleinen Berg, zu einer Rosenquarz Mine. Die Steine sind wunderschön und werden zu Schmuck verarbeitet, der auf der Farm verkauft wird.

We were very Happy with the accomodation and the friendly service and Good food. SeamlessTransfer to and from the Canyon was with enthusiastic Dolf. We really felt at home and would definitely recommend White House Fish River Hike package.

From our very first interaction with the Whitehouse to the last we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The new swimming pool is a fantastic addition especially for the 'WimHofs' among us! We pre-ordered meat and it was waiting and ready for us! The sosaties were yummy!

The hosts was so friendly and accommodating even though we arrived a bit late. The rooms are neat, clean and very nice. Great value for money. Overall an exceptional Guest Farm. Will definitely stay there again
