吉爾伯特-東梅薩Staybridge Suites(Staybridge Suites Phoenix East - Gilbert)

Very friendly and helpful staff. When we first arrived the hotel had an issue with our room in that it had to be cleaned thoroughly from the previous occupants illegal cat and bird. The staff quickly explained the situation and made sure we were comfortable with the state of the room before we moved in. They had gone to tremendous efforts to make the room clean and comfortable and it showed. My family had a wonderful time at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place to stay.

Very comfortable suite, excellent breakfast and all the staff very friendly and helpful. We added a day on the front side of our trip so we had to book an extra day. I ended up booking it separately as I wasn’t able to add it to the original booking and they let us stay in the same room instead of moving and rechecking in the following day. It was a wonderful stay.

This was probably the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at. It was so clean and a great size! The beds were a little stiff for me but otherwise comfortable. We loved this hotel and highly recommend. The pool was clean and very nice, same with the jacuzzi. They even had a fire pit outside by the pool. Also free breakfast buffet! We will be back!!

Lovely newish hotel. Very well run. Only issue is the walls are very thin so you hear the people in the next room. I don’t understand why they go to all the trouble to build a hotel and then put no sound insulation between rooms. We put sound insulation in our house and it works wonders. Hotels shouldn’t cheap out on that. The main thing I want from a hotel like this is a good night’s rest. It was fine the first night but then someone checked into the room next door and we were awakened at 1-3 am the remainder of the nights by loud talking and arguing.

Check in was a little rocky, the front desk had an issue checking us in using a third party booking site, took about 20 min and I had to then come back to the front desk later to actually check in as they finally figured out the issue.

This was the third time i stayed here. I would never return to any hotel the second time if it was not clean and suitable. Everything is very clean including the rooms, the hotel and even outdoors like the pool area. I would definitely be staying here again in the future
